OlderBrad & Angelina Love the Katrina Kids
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie listened to speakers discuss a study about children affected by Hurricane Katrina at Martin Luther King Jr. magnet school over the weekend in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Angie took to the podium and spoke briefly of seeing strife throughout the world, including in New Orleans, and how education is the key to healing.
According to NOLA, Jolie highlighted a recent visit to city schools in which children exalted in the opportunity to learn and do homework.
“The children here are feisty and fun and full of pride,” she said. “That is the spirit that is going to pull everybody through.”
The Children’s Health Fund and Regional Council are putting in place a set of prescriptions to ensure that the physical health, mental health, and educational needs of some 46,000 to 64,000 children displaced by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita are met as soon as possible.

Was kinda surprised to see that even on Christmas day, the trolls were still out and about. I don’t know what I was expecting…after all they are trolls and that’s what they do but I thought since the. Grinch came around in the end, these ones might to…guess that was wishful thinking on my part, hun? Oh well…at least we had fun…come to think of it, maybe that’s what was eating at them. Lol…yeah, that’s it, when the trolls are out with their unhappy selves, JP fans just continue to have fun.
although the TMZ’s video was crazy,but that minivan was kinda cute,It was cute how Brad rode his family over there and how they were trying to do something normal with their kids.

See where are the Jay Z’s, Beyonce, Diddy, and all these other rappers and celebs to act like they do so much for their community…..Money is good to give but I want to see these people give their time. Rappers always talk about black pride and what they have but they dont go the distance to actually be there. Jay Z and B are always on vacay or at some rich event but they cant help their own people by giving time. I applaud Angelina and Brad because they dont have to do this, but because they have a good heart they will truely be blessed.
looking at the pictures above, you see pure joy on brad and angelina’s faces, they are so in their element when they are doing for others.it brings them happiness and i think it is just beautiful to see.

Don’t normally vote on US surveys, but I did vote on this one. Well US is losing. 87% say it is okay to feed your children potato chips. Of course they won’t publish.
Secondly before we turn a group of teenagers at MacDonald into a raging throng, like in Toranto let’s take a collective breath. It was disturbing I am sure especially since the children were in the car. But if you listen there were teens telling the others to stand back and get out of the way. One girl inside refused to let that man into the space where she was so that he could take a picture. I saw two people on the hood of the car. But they quickly got off when one of the girls yelled to get off of the car. I don’t think this was an act of disrespect as when the paps get in their faces to take pictures for money. These were young people who were excited about seeing someone as famous as Brad and Angie. Was it the right thing to do? No. Of course not. Could someone have been injured? Possibly. But only if Brad had driven forward. Or if the group had become unruly. And of course neither of those things happened. I am not trying to make like of the situation. But I don’t think we should exacerbate it either. This wasn’t an angry group of people. These were for the most part, a group of teenagers happy to see someone famous.
You don’t have to agree with me. But in the words of the mayor of BAMPZS, if you don’t agree, let’s agree to disagree peacefully.
Also, let’s not make this into a who was hit the hardest by Katrina. We’ve had this discussion before. The entire gulf coast was hit hard. But in fairness New Orleans was hit the hardest, with the most displaced people of any place. As was said in previous discussions, people shouldn’t expect Brad and Angie to save or help everyone. Brad as said that if this works they will try to expand the project. To ensure that it works donate to the project or contact your government and ask why they haven’t done more to help the people of the gulf coast region. Peace
