Jolie plays Christine Collins, a mother whose prayers are met when her kidnapped son is returned. But amidst the frenzy of the photo-op reunion, she realizes this child is not hers. Facing corrupt police and a skeptical public, she desperately hunts for answers, only to be confronted by a truth that will change her forever. Los Angeles, 1928: On a Saturday morning in a working-class suburb, Christine said goodbye to her son, Walter, and left for work. When she came home, she discovered he had vanished. A fruitless search ensues, and months later, a boy claiming to be the nine-year-old is returned. Dazed by the swirl of cops, reporters and her conflicted emotions, Christine allows him to stay overnight. But in her heart, she knows he is not Walter.As she pushes authorities to keep looking, she learns that in Prohibition-era L.A., women don’t challenge the system and live to tell their story. Slandered as delusional and unfit, Christine finds an ally in activist Reverend Briegleb (John Malkovich), who helps her fight the city to look for her missing boy. Based on the actual incident that rocked California’s legal system, Changeling tells the shocking tale of a mother’s quest to find her son, and those who won’t stop until they silence her.
The Changeling is set for a November 7th, 2008 release.

What a great X-Mas for a JP fan!!
Meanwhile the fanistons are losing their jobs over their internet hate and bile. Ahahahahahaha!! I have GOT to hear more about that!

I am sad that people I have posted with for a while now are actually happy that somone would lose their job. Yes it was rude and yes it was nasty but no more so than what is posted here about Jennifer and other stars. We all do it. I actually stood back and started to look at this site and others and realize that the whole thing is really sick. People on his site loved what he did and think that he is a hero.
I am sick of the nasty talk, I am sick of three years later still talking non stop about Brad’s x wife when he now has a loving family. I am sick of the hate on this site and other sites. i don’t know what #35 anonymous posted because it has been deleted, but i just ran across a similar old interview that popbytes has on it’s blog today and is trying to pass it off as new. it’s angie explaining how she approaches doing a sex scene. and the idiots who post there are like rabid dogs. at he smell or sight of anything angie, they start frothing at the mouths. if they had just taken some time and read the interview they would have realised that it was done about 3 years ago. i just posted and ripped them a new one . this is becoming surreal. when is this going to end? i know angie does not pay them any attention, but as her fan, it really pains me to see that the open season on her seems to be never-ending.
