Sean Penn: Divorce! Divorce! Divorce!
And another…
Sean Penn and actress Robin Wright Penn are divorcing after 11 years of marriage, their rep Mara Buxbaum told People.
Sean, 47, and Robin, 41, have two children together, Hopper Jack, 14, and Dylan Frances, 16.
Just earlier today, actor Brendan Fraser and his wife split after nine years together.
What a sad day in Hollywood!

Sorry to disaggree with the consensus here but just as some on these boards don’t like Angie and Brad together, I never liked Sean and Robin together, irrational as that sounds. I guess it comes down to some bizarre notion inside of me that part of her beauty is that she is unattainable and certainly not by the likes of Sean Penn (and yet I do respect him as an actor and person) When ever I see her I’m always reminded of Tennyson’s ‘The Lady Of Shalot’. I think she will allways have a lovely face. Still, a sad day.

it is kinda funny although it is sad for them and me but look at all these tabloids with all their so called insiders,they never talk about actual couple who have problem.sean and Robin divorced which shows they have problems for many years and no one of tab’s insiders didn’t have information about it.it just shows TABS DON’T KNOW ****.

I can’t believe it,I though they were a real deal.They were always together,even recently they were in England together without their kids and they seem happy in beowulf’s premiere.
after this I don’t believe anymore that even when couple are always together,it can show they are solid.at least in this case it seems different.

Taking a wild guess, I’d say no because Robin is an acclaimed movie actress in her own right, she does not need to climb to the top using the victim ladder. Besides, she won’t have time for all of that childish behavior, as she will be too busy catering to her TWO CHILDREN.

Robin Wright is very talented and beautiful, he did not take that away. Penn is too volatile, I mean really, Madonna couldn’t even

They’ve been together for 18 yrs and married for 11. Sean is a big pain in the you know what! He cheated on her left and right. Plus, he also has a drinking problem. Volital genius and all that. blah, blah. He also got physical with her on a number of occasions. Anyone remember the police being called to Sean and Madonna’s home because of the noise? He had tied her up to a chair and had left her in the driveway. He’s messed up. I’ll believe the divorce is real when the ink is dry. They’ve broken up and gotten back together so many times over the years. She’s always taken him back. I hope she doesn’t this time

I wonder how many times have they broken up until now???:roll: it’s not new for them.
They are a couple who can’t live with or without each other.I think even after their divorce they will come back together AGAIN.Robin can’t live without him and no one else can bear Sean except Robin.I hope at least this time it will be for real because I did saw them many times broke up but then again they came back together.

Oh my! If Robin decides to give Leslie Benette a call, I bet no one will blame her. She, after all, has legitimate reasons to throw pity parties, she was married to this jerk for 11 yrs and bore him 2 children.
But somehow, I don’t see her doing so because
1) Robin Wright Penn is not petty & childish
2) Robin Wright Penn isn’t trying to shed her sitcom ensemble actress title for real movie star title.
3) Robin Wright Penn does not surround herself with enablers.
4) Robin Wright Penn is a REAL WOMAN.
next couple who will anounce their break up will be Brad and Angelina.
after their daughter’s birthday they will anounce it.and then it will be Gwenyth and Chris and then Jen and Ben,and then it will be Maddona and Guy.so stay tune.more seperation is coming.
