Papa Billy Ray Cyrus and Miley’s brother Braison, 13, and sister Noah, almost 8, took their German Shepherd Tex for a walk outside their hotel, The Trump Hotel at Columbia Circle, on Friday.
Miley, 15, was seen signing autographs from inside her car as she left for her concert.
