Brad Pitt Dell Commercial?
Brad Pitt is constantly giving back.
He donated $5 million of his own money to help victims of Hurricane Katrina through the Make It Right NOLA organization and now he may be helping out another cause.
The money that Pitt receives from filming the commercial will be donated to charity–Bono’s Red Campaign. Brad’s commercial for Dell Computers is set to air during the Super Bowl.
Super Bowl XLII airs on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2008. 34 more days!

What Cannes interview did Brad do on tv in May? Someone refresh my memory, as I do not remember any interview Brad gave. He took part in two Cannes press conferences, one for AMH, and one for O13, and a few press things for O13. That’s it as far as I can remember. Angie did one press conference for AMH and a few interviews for a AMH and a tv interview with AnCurry.
So now in December 2007, almost 2008, someone just remembers this info. Yeah, sure she does. No memory for 7 months and now this just pops in her head.

Brad Pitt, 44, and his son Pax Thien, 4, spent some time today visiting the actor’s Make It Right Project in New Orleans, Louisiana. Afterwards, they stopped by a convenience store for some goodies.

I read and looked at all interviews and do not recall the comments by Brad. Brad has been kind to all his fans. To find the list of donors look in the bottom right corner “donors”. The different letters of the alphbeths will appear, click on the letter of your last name. I found my name and I only donated $100.

I’ve been a fan of Brad’s for as long as he’s been in the biz and learned that he’s a man who has ALWAYS spoken his mind WITHOUT ever ONCE insulting people. Even if he did say what YOU say HE said… I find ABSOLUTELY NOTHING OFFENSIVE about it.
He knows he has fans. OF COURSE HE DOES! I wish I possesed an eiditic memory and could remember evry word I heard. But I don’t. I do know it was a roundtable discussion with that year’s best actors and actresses. Cate Blancett [sp] and… I forget who else. *IT MUST BE ON YouTube SOMEWHERE!*
Brad was asked if he was surprised by fans’ reactions to him [the hysteria that appears when he walks the RC is reserved for VERY few celebrities]… He said something like, “It’s odd; I don’t get it, and I’ve been in this business for 15 years! Aren’t there better things for people to do.”
He had a point. He doesn’t think he’s God’s gift to the world; he’s not an orator, head of state, diplomat, etc. — He’s met them over the last couple of years. Hell, he and the other actors met Prince Charles when “Legends of the Fall” premiered in London in 1994… I remembered thinking to myself if his costars were miffed because the prince SEEMED to take MORE time with Brad than the rest of them. LOL!
Probably talking about architecture! Who knows… no audio, unfortunately.
I guess what I’m trying to say is that what offends you and your family is NOT offensive to me. Would you have rather he said NOTHING about his fans… I bet you would still have condemned him; his nose in the air for being above the rest of us mere mortals.
There’s just no pleasing some people. If you don’t like him. Move on. I’m leaving now. Migraine’s are a @*%^&!

Why not make the clothes in Africa and employ people there instead of creating charity cases out of Africans?

Thanks again JJ for keeping us up tp date on Brad’s humanitarian efforts. BTW, Brad cannot solve all the problems of the world including the sweat shops in China. Go to Oprah or Bono. They are also headliners of the Red Campaign. Why badmouth Brad when he is contributing to a great cause? For sure, nobody will be contented. People criticize him for his looks and not the cause. Happy New Year and may some of you have a new attitude in life! Can’t wait to see the Superbowl.
