I watched Catch & Release on DVD: well, maybe it’s not one of the greatest movies of ever, but it’s nice and she acts very good! She is having a lot of success on Broadway because she is an excellent (and wonderful) actress!

i always think her smile is very adorable and warm! and like her down-to-earth attitude towards her life

I forgave her for C&R because she is just so good in Juno and was great in Cyrno and she looks so much better then in these pics they really don’t do her justice when she signed our program we could barely take our eyes off her

You haters can come in here and hate all you want. Bottom line is Jen is doing great, she’s on top of her game right now and it that just pisses all of you off because you know it.
And to those of you who think Ben is so miserable with her, maybe he’s miserable with himself, last I checked Ben didn’t have much to be excited about as far as his career is concerned. Gone Baby Gone didn’t make any money and he still can’t seem to get rid of the ghost of Gigli, Bennifer, JLo, strippers, gambling, drinking, etc., yeah I’d be miserable too if that was my legacy. So hate all you want, jealous much?

“Gone Baby Gone” may have not made much money, but it got great reviews and has ended up on many lists of best movies of 2007. Ben hates the paps (and he is right, paps are always getting pics of Violet, exploiting her, Jen is more accommodating with them, maybe because it’s good for her image), that’s why he looks miserable on pics, not because he is miserable with himself. No need to bash him to prove that Jen is great, I think she is the best thing which happened to him. About strippers, I hope you know that Diablo Cody (who wrote “Juno”) is a former stripper… Plenty of men go to strip clubs. He was never arrested for drunk driving, which can’t be said about quite a few young (and not so young) stars. He worked on his problems. I like Jen a lot but Jen has not made only masterpieces. He was excellent in “Hollywoodland”.

I’m no hater of Jen because I was a fan of hers when she was on the show Alias.
But now, I’ve come to realize that aside from Alias, Jen really is just an average actress with average looks and an average personality.
She wants to be an A-list Movie star with top billing but don’t think she has that much charm. Also, Ben will bring her down. All recent pictures of Ben, show him in absolute misery. So sad…

You people are so full of s#it…elevating people who don’t need to be elevated. She hasn’t done s#it and is not an excellent actress…just was in a good movie but the hype is not about her…its about Page. and Cyrano the hype is not about her it’s about Kevin Kline. She got mixed reviews for Cyrano…but she has a damn good publicist…someone pushing that goody two shoes image, she is nothing but a bore, bore bore. She has her baby in the parks everyday so that the paps can take a picture of them because that’s what brings her good publicity “the good mom” give me a break!!!! All the young actresses blew it this year and a middle age women gets all the hype. When is her mommy show coming on…and who the heck wants advise from her anyway. As for Ben he may or may not be happy but he s#cks too. He is redicule because he is so pompous and racist and now he’s crying because the paps are after him..he doesn’t get a pass why should he!!!!!!!

It’s an insult to say Ben is a racist, because he is not. Just because he is articulate and uses words you may not know doesn’t make him “pompous”. It’s normal that Jen takes Violet to the park often, that’s what most mothers do if they can, she works on evenings, so she has time during daytime. Mina, maybe you should check your spelling/grammar!

I agree with Mya. Jennifer Garner is mediocre at best.

Juno is getting praise because of the lead actress Ellen Page! I find it insulting for her good work to be overshadowed because Garner is supposedly the bigger star. Are you kidding me! Jennifer Garner can not act.

Cyrano is the same. Kevin Kline is a great actor. Garner did get mixed reviews. Her publicisit knows what she’s doing, I have to at least give her that.

And there are a ton of celebrities in NY who take their kids out everyday and yet manage to stay away from the paps. Affleck himself, as you guys keep pointing out does the same, stays away from the paps, why can’t he inform his wife on how to advoid them when she goes on her daily park trips?

She’s overrated, undertalented, overexposed, and IMO an attention *****.

Jen was excellent in Juno and did not overshadow Ellen at all, they were both awesome and Ellen will probably get an Oscar nom(and she deserves it)
and I don’t care what the critics say I saw cyrano and loved her performance!
Jen has a fan base like any other celeb and like all fans we love the pics and interviews no one forced you to watch them and believe me if you won’t, suddenly she won’t seem that overexposed to you anymore. I am not a britney fan for example (and not a hater) and I am sure i got the best example cause she is always talked about but i don’t click on her posts and bash her because I don’t caaaaaaaaaaaaaare. why such hate for a person you don’t know? you don’t have to love her but why the waist of emotions?

Say what you want about Jennifer, Lula29. It’s obvious that you can’t handle the truth. The people that are praising Jen are critics who review films and theater for a living, deal with it Jen is getting props for her work and that just eats you up inside.

As for your boy Affleck, he’s one step away from being the next Kevin Federline. For every diss you have about Jennifer I have ten more about your boy Affleck to throw in your face, all I need to say is Gigli and that should suffice. Your boy’s going down, I could make a list of every reason he should be miserable he and you need look no further than his pitiful career. His family is actually the only good thing he has right now, his wife and daughter and Matt Damon are the only things keeping his sorry ass relevant. The truth hurts, I know it must hurt you lula29!!
