“The Time Traveler’s Wife” Movie Stills

Here are the very first The Time Traveler’s Wife movie stills!

In the film, Chicago librarian Henry DeTamble (Eric Bana) has a genetic disorder that causes him to time travel when he is stressed. Though he disappears often for long periods of time, he tries to build a romantic relationship with artist Clare Abshire (Rachel McAdams). Ron Livingston plays Gomez, the librarian’s friend and a liberal attorney who works for nonprofit organizations.

21, Jennifer wouldnt suit this role. She has that stiff face look about her that doesnt really make it believeable for me that she’s really playing the role of a woman in love-watch any of her movies since Friends. I think she’s still bitter about Ang and Brad. She did spend new years in Mexico FOLLOWING Courtney and David. How annoying it must be for David!

Oh god, not another Toronto film! I rarely can stand any made here. It usualy means the ‘money’ people are calling all the shots. The cast and help are 99% Canadian using the same small pool of Canadian actors over and over, secretly sneering at the ‘American stars’ of the film. A move to film up here is a move to compromise. If I was an American in the business I wouldn’t mind it if Canada was offering something other than a cheaper dollar (usually) and a generic looking American city. Other Torontonians may like recognising local landmarks but I don’t. I think it just makes these films look cheep.

I would like to know the specifics about how Jennifer Aniston lost
this part in this movie. I had heard that Jennifer Aniston was all
set to do this movie, a long time ago. How was she named for
it in the first place. Did she find the script for it, and then take it to
Brad and say, “Hey, Brad, this script is so cute. I wanna do it. O.k?
Make if happen for me, and then you won’t have to buy me anything fancy for my birthday, this year. Let me do “The Senator’s Wife,”
and you won’t have to get me anythinng for Christmas….and so on.

#53- This is based on the book which came out in 03 and the movie has basically been in development since then. So Journeyman sounds The Time Traveler’s Wife.

the book was incredible, just finished the last page minutes ago..The plot is very complex and layered, so I’m unsure how it can be successfully translated into movie form, though I am very curious..Definetly looking forward to the movie..and I love Rachael and am very happy to be seeing more of her..

my all time favourite book, i’ve actually read it 5 times! it saddens me greatly that they are making it into a film as i feel like its ‘my book’ you know? i don’t want the whole world to know about it and im scared that it will ruin it for me… i do like the actors but there is no way that they will be able to portray the true passionate love that the two characters have for eachother without making it as cheesey as a four cheese pizza with extra cheese.
of course i will be first in line at the cinema though
