Tom Brady and supermodel girlfriend Gisele Bundchen have a celebration dinner together with friends at a downtown NYC restaurant on Sunday.
QB Tom helped his team, the New England Patriots, achieve the NFL record for points scored in a season-–a perfect record of 16-0.
“Everyone is going to enjoy this one,” Brady said after the Patriots’ 38-35 victory against the New York Giants Saturday night. “It happens once every 35 years.”

Tom’s son may just want his last name, especially if Tom has other kids who have his last name. I’m not so sure the boy’s mother was thinking what was best for him when she decided to not give him tom’s name. It’s not like Tom disowned the boy, he did not even ask for a DNA Test he just didn’t want her anymore. Tom went to see his son immediately after he was born. I’m not sure what the bad rap is here for Tom!
Who cares about the pats, they are all so cocky. Especially TOM Brady. I mean, yeah, hes obviously a good QB, but hes overrated if you ask me.

I totally agree that Tom Brady is the best quarterback ever. He is doing things that haven’t been seen in the NFL. He is great and a lot of people just don’t want to accept that.

As far as the Bridgette thing, I do tend to believe they were already broken up when she got pregnant. Let’s face it, she was at an age where she wanted a baby and she was no longer in a relationship. Why not take the chance to try to get pregnant with a a former bf, especially a male specimen like Brady? I personally don’t agree with misleading and/or trying to trap a guy, but he should have suited up.
#61 - I agree 100%. She handled herself badly. Tom will most probably go on to marry and have more children. Bridgette might think she is is sticking it to him now, but in the long run her kid will be hurt. His other kids will be Bradys and this one will feel inferior. She should change it ASAP and get over whatever her issues are and let the man be a father. If she continues to make his life difficult, he might just give up. Then she’ll only be cheating her son out of the proper father/son relationship.

why the heck would you name a child out of wedlock with the fathers name…the lady was being realistic..she is the cartake if make life easy ot have the same last name as her son…if could be either way..when the kid is 18 or earlier he can decide what he wants to do about his name…
Obviously some of you are too dependent on men and think having a baby is about the man.,..please..the lady is independent has her own money, made a decision to pop one out instead of abort..its her life and her son’s…obviously daddy has other top priorities…
The baby has a man in his life..the Moynahan man who is standing by her daughter to raise him..therefore he deserves to carry grandpa’s name proudly…I dont see that kid ever changing his name. Unless more sexist bitched populate the earth in the next few years..so he is related to brady ..so what!!

the pats may have cheated but it is not known at what time they cheated or for how long. so no one can say they cheated their way through 3 super bowls because who knows if they did it when they won.

Maybe when Bridget gets married the baby will get her new husband’s last name, that only makes sense. He will be helping to raise her child. I am glad the baby has her name. tb dosn’t deserve this wonderful woman or her beautiful baby. I hope she finds true love soon. She deserves it.

Stealing signals has been widely discussed on every sports show there is thanks to ‘Spygate’, by many people that know much more about the innerworkings of the NFL than ANY OF US do. All teams steal signals! This has been stated by commentators, coaches, players and front office people. It was the fact the Bellichick was arrogant enough to tape it out in the open that caused the big scandal. If he wasn’t an arrogant moron, than nothing would have ever happened and we would be none the wiser.
Yes they cheated, but I would be willing to bet just about anything every team in the league has stolen signals at one time or another. I also agree that the investigation probably uncovered a whole lot of cheating across the entire league and that is why we haven’t heard anything more about it. Goodell probably cut his loses with the fine of the Pats organization. He definitely made an example of them. I would also bet that every game they played this year was scrutinized to the utmost. So those of you saying their 16-0 doesn’t mean anything because they cheat are also morons. They have had a lot to prove this year, and they have, like it or not!
As far as Brady being the best ever, don’t think so. Definitely top 5, but not the best. And whatever happened with his baby’s momma, well none of us know that either. It was widely reported though that she told him she was pregnant after they broke up. So what is he supossed to get back in a relationship that obviously didn’t work because of the baby? What a happy home life that would have been for the kid. Staying together for the kids doesn’t fly anymore. This is the 21st century people! It seems to me that she is just trying to stick it to him for moving on. Maybe he sees his son, maybe he doesn’t, we don’t know whose fault that is.

liz, a voice of reason! rachel obviously did not see those tapes…..they were on TV, and it was nothing you couldn’t have seen just from the sidelines or the opposite stands. It was NOT a big deal, and you can’t tell me every other team doesn’t do it. That’s why this issue was dealt with, punishment handed out, and is gone. Cause they ALL do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As far as the baby thing, folks, Bridget, who I think is great, just wanted to get married and have a baby. Tom, in his late 20’s, wasn’t ready for that. It’s that simple. And since she moved to the west coast, I don’t see how you expect Tom to keep flying out there during season. He went out to see him during the Pats bye week, and I’m sure he will once the playoffs are over.

When the big game is over Gisele & Tom had big plans to stay home and watch the bionic woman in its second season. They both agree a great career is a great career but nothing compares to the bionic woman.

You name a child out of wedlock with the father’s name so that he/she has a sense of identity with his other half. He/she is sure of the mother, most probably lives with the mother and identifies with the mother’s family. Carrying the father’s name is a seal of the relationship with the father and the father’s family (aside from the legal considerations). It gives the child a sense of belonging to that family too. That’s what Tom’s son will lack as he grows older. Sure, he can tell his friends who his father is, but they will look ofn him as Tom Brady’s son whom he did naot want….AND THAT MIGHT NOT BE TRUE.
HAVING A BABY IS NOT ABOUT THE MAN, BUT IT’S NOT ABOUT THE WOMAN EITHER!! IT”S ABOUT THE CHILD. SURE BRIDGET “HAS HER OWN MONEY, IS INDEPENDENT AND CAN POP THE KID OUT”. BUT IT IS NOT ABOUT MONEY. It’s about the emotional security and emotional well being of her son. One can only hope that Tom will try doubly hard to give his son the emotional security of knowing he is loved and wanted by his father and not just by the Monhahan men.

An absentee father is just that, they both made choices they have to live with, if she does marry, she will more than likely giving the kid the new husbands name to blend her family…thats just that..she is woman with her own mind..if Brady is bothered he can say something, but obviously his priorities are elsewhere…Blood is not the only and best kind of relationship././American society attests to the fact that there are many children living with non biological fathers and mothers and doing quite well…there are married women giving thier kids thier made up family names..you may be attached to your traditional values and beleive in the traditional formula of giving your kid thier dads name but not everyone beleives that and not even all happily married men or women believe in passing on thier name….
Giving a child an absentee fathers name is only just one more reason to think you want hang on to someone who obvioulsy wants a different kind of life than that of a father. It alsoimmediatley lead one to think this is the kid moynahan is forcing onto him…this way he is free to lead the bachelor life and any woman he doesnt want a man with bagage will be more than grateful to bridget for giving him the ultimate freedom from not being forced to take the responsibility of being a father…if he actually cared about his name going to his son, he would have done something about..besided its not a big deal,,,we are the ones speculating!!!
Why should John have his father’s last name? Bridget’s raising him. Just b’c Tom “visits” his son once in a while shouldn’t give him any rights. No one said they had to get back together when she got pregnant but she seemed to be on her own after she announced the pregnancy. So she owes Tom nothing.

I’m a Brady and Pats fan but these sorts of statements should be left for the future when Brady retires and history decides. Right now I will say this, that any conversation about great QBs has to include him, and that’s all. Go Pats, all the way!
