#3 I hate to put two move outs back to back. But, what can I say. The holidays are big for this type of thing. This one doesn’t directly involve cheating although there has been some. It is more because of behavior. A list film/television/film couple. He will be allowed to visit on Christmas Eve and Christmas and that is it. If he can straighten out, she will take him back, but I don’t think he wants to straighten out. Needs to, but doesn’t want to.

I have no ax to grind either way. I don’t know about cheating or divorce, but I think their marriage is strained. They used to be photographed together all the time. Since the baby came, its been rarely and he never looks happy. Ben has an addictive personality with gambling, drinking and probably women. He doesn’t seem like the type that can be tied down and stable for a long period of time. If not now, I think eventually they will split.
As for the paps, why must they keep taking the same pictures over and over again? Seriously, they are all the same and not very interesting. I’m in NY and its been freezing. Jen should leave the kid home from time to time.

Ben Affleck is at the center of a new booze controversy after the movie star was spotted toasting his directorial debut with Guinness and white wine.
Affleck, who entered Promises rehab center in California to seek treatment for an alcohol problem in 2001, was spotted guzzling Guinness at the Mystic Celt restaurant and bar in Chicago after the city’s premiere of “Gone Baby Gone” last week.
The diner eatery’s owner, Eamonn Vaughan, tells Life & Style magazine, “Ben was drinking Guinness.”
And the actor/director was spotted drinking wine later in the evening at the city’s Four Seasons hotel bar, where he was joined by brother Casey.

Juno was an amazing film.
When Tabs used the words “An eyewitness ALLEGEDLY saw Ben drinking”, that means the story is most likely NOT TRUE. The word ALLEGEDLY is a legal term used by the Tabs/Mags/ and TV Shows when reporting a BLIND ITEM. They know that blind items have no reliable source to back them up or they can not comfirm the story as truthful. They don’t want to get sued by the person they are writing / talking about.
The media was at every event Ben attended in Chicago. Not one Local News Agency ran this story. You would think there would have been more then one eyewitness.

The first two taken in either Nov/Dec 2002 and the last three taken Feb. 23, 2003. I have to ask you, do these photos indicate problems between her and her now ex-husband Scott Foley. Rumors were in the air about problems between the two….although not tabloid fodder….just message board rumors and lo and behold, the last week of March 2003, she showed up at the Oscar sans her husband. On April 1, the separation was announced. Once again, just goes to show you.

her and her x-husbend were seeing a therapist and tried to save their marrige they did’nt just get a divorce (and they were pictured several times exiting the therapists house!!!) Jen said she goes to her to this day! they have becom friends, ben and Jen go to her together, even before they got married and that shows they were both ready for a family and want to be together for the long run(there are pics of that too).

^^ You’re missing the point. There were no tabloid rumors of Scott and Jennifer splitting either, just as there are no tabloid rumors of problems in the Affleck marriage. So far, only message board rumors along with a few blog/insider rumors. Point is, Garner and Foley’s split took everyone by surprise because from all indications via interviews and photos, they were a happy couple just as the Afflecks appear to be.

Violet is such a cute little girl. I don’t understand why people are so rude about a little kid. Bash her parents all you want, but leave the kid alone.
And I don’t know if the divorce rumors are true or false, but I wouldn’t be surprised. Everyone knows Ben is an ass. Jennifer got caught up in a crush she’d had for years and acted on it too soon. I understand, I’ve done the same thing, I’m just lucky I wasn’t in the public eye. Personally I think she would be better off without the guy. I don’t think any woman will ever make him happy. It’s obvious he’d rather be at strip clubs and gambling than with any woman.
I’ll wait for the announcement from the Afflecks regarding their personal life. Until then I wish them as well as the rest of you a very happy new year.
