I don’t think he is hot at all, he obviously looks good when he doesn’t smile but when he does smile it is such a turn-off. If he wasn’t a famous and successful actor, most people here would say he’s even quite ugly.
He has lots of flaws, why is he even considered good looking? Strange neck, pointed out ears, deformed mouth, crooked nose…

Probably the same thing that happened to Sylvester Stallone. His injury occured during birth. I believe it can happen when the Doctor uses forceps to extract the infant from the birth canal. The force used to clamp down on the baby can damage the very tender nerves and tissue.
