I don’t think he is hot at all, he obviously looks good when he doesn’t smile but when he does smile it is such a turn-off. If he wasn’t a famous and successful actor, most people here would say he’s even quite ugly.
He has lots of flaws, why is he even considered good looking? Strange neck, pointed out ears, deformed mouth, crooked nose…
