Angelina Jolie @ Critics Choice Awards 2008
Angelina Jolie and goateed Brad Pitt arrive at the 2008 Critics’ Choice Awards held at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium on January 7, 2008 in Santa Monica, Calif.
Actor/comedian Darryl Lynn “D. L.” Hughley praised Brad and Sean Penn for doing more for black people than the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Hughley then gave Brad a shout-out for his work with NOLA and the Make It Right project. He even joked and called Brad an “honorary Black person!”
The cameras panned over to Brad and Angie at their table. Angie was then seen clapping for Brad.

Also, I like Brad’s scruffy look. I like the way Brad plays with his looks, sometimes scruffy, sometimes, polished like the great gatsby. He obviously doesn’t need to take how he looks too seriously. He knows he looks good and can play around with it.

Yes I did, It was a very good movie… It would have been great for me if they hadn’t made the ending soo H/W, but thats to be expected…. The two little young boys remind of the little boys from Babel. They weren’t trained actors but they were both excellent in their roles…

I was re-reading the RD interview with Angie and I think if they are not pregnant then their next move will be to adopt an African descent baby so Zee will have someone to identify with.

I blush to say it but I could take a few lessons from Julie. Losing the looks that made people turn around to look at you when you walk past on the street, is difficult.
I can’t ever blame any actress or actor who turns to plastic surgery to rectify the bags and sags of age. In a world where looks really really have currency, I can only imagine the pressure. I think it takes real courage, real grace to allow yourself to age as Julie Christie and resist doing the Joan Collins.

This was their first time live, usually they get to edit it. They would never have had all these stars attend if the GG was still going on. This show benefitted from the writer’s strike in a big way.

Hey guys I saw Julie C. movie and admire her, but it was not as powerful as AMH.
It was a good movie, not great. In fact parts of it didn’t add up.

jjoy, I tried to watch Heidi Klum show as well, but something always come up when it is on. I do like reality shows lol, but some of them are just way to crazy for me. I love all the CSI Shows, the Law & Order shows, and yeah I love “The Closer” love me some Brenda :)

She was in the company of other great actresses at the Critics Award and it is a great honor for her and the film AMH. Plan B has had an exciting and critical year for films. I forgot to add that I think Angie is preggers too. She’s got that languid with a glow look. Maybe they just got out of bed from a nap, I don’t know but they have that look. Like Brad’s new look and outfit. His suit is like that of an country gentleman in English tweed. It’s like a modern Regency style. Love the toussled hair. All he needs is a Rolls Royce convertible. AJ always said how much she hated red carpets and especially premieres that she would cry so hard until she threw up — I’m sure she got way better about that before she met Brad but I think he has special relaxation schemes prior to RCs they always look so loved up at these events– I know they are both great actors but still — it is way more than making out in the car IMAO — although I imagine there is a fair amount of that and BP’s patented hand on the upper thigh move.
