Ellen Pompeo @ ‘27 Dresses’ Premiere
Ellen Pompeo comes out to support her Grey’s Anatomy costar Katherine Heigl at the L.A. premiere of 27 Dresses held at the Mann Village on Monday.
Pompeo, 38, wasn’t able to make it to Heigl’s wedding, so this was the least she could do! The pair also dined together at Katsuya Saturday night.
Ellen stayed wrapped up underneath a black trenchcoat–would you really be surprised if she was pregnant too?
Answer: A big fat no!

For me she’s the best, she makes GA what is it, ie a great show, btw I don’t understand in the GA’s photoshoot sh’s not in the center of the pic, she leads the show!!!!!

I’m not a hater, it’s just so stupid that you guys act like all those hollywood ppl are ‘heaven’ and ’so beautiful’. Nobody’s perfect, and all these fans seem to be blind to accept that many, many hollywood ppl use many things or plastic tricks to look good.
By the way, she is definitely not thé star of the show. She acts okay, but I think there are many other actors in the show who are much better. Like Katie Heigl, Chandra Wilson, TR Knight,…Which is also already prooved, cuz they all got an emmy or golden globe, except… Pompeo.
Ellen Pompeo is a great actress. no one can portray Meredith Gray like Ellen Pompeo can. She is AMAZING! simple really, the show hit huge success when it was all about her, before any of the other stars got storylines.
And the show is Grey’s Anatomy, she is Meredith Grey, she is the star of the show. like it or not. its the truth.
Awards mean nothing at this time and age. Anyone who makes a noise and makes the news good or bad gets an award, whether they deserve it or not.
Lots of very very good actors never received any award in their life time and they are considered some of the all time best. So don’t go telling me or try to convince yourself that because they took awards they are simply “better” that is never a way of measuring that.
I watch Grey’s and I don’t have a favorite actor, I think they all do a great job. Ellen Pompeo impresses me a lot because she makes Meredith come alive. You really feel with her. She doesn’t over do it and she makes it look very natural and real. I think she is an amazing actress. As do the people at ABC thus signing her on for 7 more years to keep her even after Grey’s end. This why ABC, Shonda and the producers CHOSE Ellen as their Lead character.
Liking her or not is a personal matter, everyone has fans and everyone has haters that’s normal.
But to say she’s not a good actress is just wrong and far from any reality or truth.
Only being fair here.

Ellen is a true star, someone worth admiring for her honesty, beliefs in everything right, her kindness and giving all people same chances, her wonderful spirit, endless support for others and caring for others all the time. that makes her the most beautiful successful person to me. because thats what matters.
and she happens to be GORGEOUS.

Love Ellen. Keep them coming. She is one of the real people around. And she has that Mona Lisa smile going on. I think people dislike her because of the way the writers of Greys’s portray her and unfortunately also because she married a black man. Racial hate is alive and well in the heartland of the US.
