Eva Green Passes Along Her Rising Star
Former Bond Girl Eva Green holds up the Orange Rising Star Award after announcing the nominations for 2008 at BAFTA** headquarters in Piccadilly, London on Tuesday.
Eva, 27, was the 2007 winner of the Orange Rising Star Award, which recognizes international actors and actresses who have demonstrated exceptional talent and have begun to capture the imagination of the public as stars in the making.
This year’s nominations included Sienna Miller, Ellen Page, Shia LeBeouf, Sam Riley and Tang Wei.
Ukrainian actress Olga Kurylenko recently succeeded Eva Green as the new Bond Girl.

The woman gives good face. She is like a chameleon, looks different in almost every pictures. Her ad campaign for Chanel OMG. Gorgeous.
I love Eva, but I think this outfit is really boring and not terribly flattering. Kinda frumpy, in fact. Still, she does have a fab face and that certain je ne sais quoi! ;) :D
Well deserved, she is beautiful and also a great actress. She was amazing in the small bit she has in the Golden Compass. I hope they make the second one because its mainly about her witch charachter. Check out Golden Compass if you havent, it was a great movie.

She looks so much better when she’s more natural looking. What I mean is…when she’s not doing the witch’s hair and make up. She looks so much nicer here. She’s gorgeous though.

Romola Garai? Why do you say that? I wouldn’t expect her to get a nomanation, not in a harsh way though. She just hasn’t stared in anything big really, unlike these actors. Maybe another year thought.
What I don’t understand is how someone with such extraordinary beauty and acting talent always manages without failure, to look off-centre in the fashion and style department? Someone please kindly donate her a full-length mirror.
