Brad’s so averse to looking back that I’m surprised he hasn’t ripped the rear view mirrors off the motorbike. The only ‘behind’ he’s interested in looking at is Angie’s, and we KNOW how much he loves grabbing it.

#1973: So agree with you regarding VV. No redeeming factor in both fugliesexcept as crutch for each other when needed. He jumpstarted his projects when he was with the maniston and was gonna take the train from there and leave her at the station. However, he ditched his fellow user too soon. His drinking and coed diddling could have waited till all his projects were off the ground and he was in a more comfortable position. He has indeed lost his cool vibes. (Probably didn’t bank on Will Ferrell and the newbies getting there ahead of him and stealing the base.) So now, he has no choice but to attach himself to that deadweight time and again to get some interest in whatever it is he’s doing at the moment. Shouldn’t have played with the piggies…now he’s got mud all over him.

Did his Santa movie even make money?

…I’ve always felt like Jen was very insecure and aware of being the lesser star of that twosome. And I think it made her minimize the relationship in public in order to try and hide that insecurity. If she acted like Brad wasn’t the love of her life, and like she couldn’t even remember to thank him, then people wouldn’t realize that she felt totally eclipsed by him and hated the image the public had that he was dating below his class in being with her.

JA actually said in an interview at the time or just before their announced separation (and I’m paraphrasing and apologize for no reference) something like people don’t realize how difficult it is to be in BP’s shadow and be married to him in the public eye.
If any BAMPZS’ter knows where this comment came from I’d appreciate a real reference.I didn’t pay alot of attention to this at the time because nothing she ever said was worth retaining.

I’ve looked and can’t find it…maybe guli, PT, Malibu Mom, Dina #1 or Clini knows where I can track it down. You are all great at references and sources.

WTH! Oh, is that so? Pardon me but don’t trolls bring this up as if it was yesterday? Well, they now got the whole story in a nutshell.

I actually think Vince Vaughn is dumb as a stump. You can tell when he’s having a sit-down interview and conversing with people. The man is NOT funny in person. He’s void of humor. He just talks fast on camera - and when armed with the right script (say Eddie in MAMS) he can work his usual ’schtick,’ into a character which will make a lot of people THINK he’s quick-witted comedy gold. But people are fast catching on, that there’s really know diff between Eddie in MAMS, the guy in Wedding Crashers, the guy in Swingers, and the guy in the Santa movie. The ’schtick,’ has worn out it’s welcome. How do I know this? Because it’s not just me saying it — NOW, all of the critics and reviewers call it just that, a “schtick.” Seriously, check out a VV review when you get a chance.

Great post as usual Cliniqua, and I so totally agree with you on Vince Vaughn. I dont think he is that naturally or spontaneously funny. i know he writes funny scripts, but he is no Robin williams or Jim Carrey. And he is way so overrated as a funny man!

And I’m really tired of hearing about his story on their VV names and the dogs names starting with V, I mean I heard and read that more than 100 x from him. And its not even funny!
