I’m always happy to see celebrities support charities. Kudos. However, it was way too cutesy for me. Call me a cynic, but I still don’t think they’re a couple. Hope this all goes away after the Jumper publicity is over. So not hot together.

I’ve seen him look better with other woman she kinda of looks flighty to me..But she seem to always act that way in interviews that i have seen of her..I don’t see them as any hot couple but that is my opion..

The never ending campaign & hype for Jumper would be MORE benefited to Bilson’s supporting role and she had better milk it for all its worth because her nowhere-going career relies on it right after O.C have abruptly axed for good!
I saw some of the OC I didn’t find her all that great she was good for TV but Last Kiss I did not even care for her in..Acutally I feel she does her best work with Adam Brody..The behind the scenes to me are typical Hayden looked like he was more connected to the director then to her..I think she had too much caffeine or something..

Yeah..I think she had either too much caffine or lack of sleep. I heard she did not sleep the night before b/c she took the red eye flight in from L.A. CAFFINE Overlaod or tipsy. Sorry, that was rude of me. I think that is Rachel’s personality. Kind of giggly and silly. She did act like she did not even care she, was making flubs all over the place!! She’s a strange little character. I like Hayden’s way. Sooo calm and patient. He is just so adorable even, scruffy to me. He just seems like a nice, regular type of guy.
I do see chemistry between them, but Hayden seems to get along with most of his female co-stars. I’ve seen this sort of thing before with Natalie Portman. In Hayden’s Star Wars screen-test with Natalie, he pulls off that same throat-clearing charm that we girls find so sexy in him. Come on girls, I’d be all giggly with him too.
As for their relationship, I hope it’s truly genuine and not just for publicity. As much as I hate to admit it, they do look cute together.
In a perfect world, Hayden would be with Natalie Portman.

In between her shopping sessions, visits to her hair stylist, and walking along the parks & flea markets. She’s just everyday people the characters that she loves to play for that reason…

Thank you Irish! I mean here is VOR again trying to accuse us of being socks b/c a lot of us don’t look @ this PSA promo w/ stars in our eye’s and think, “Awwww! They are so ADORABALE together!” To me Hayden was goofy @ times b/c of Doug Lieman coming and thowing the jeans and Rachel kept flubing up which, Hayden flub up. It was just a mess to me. Hayden took all in stride to me. He’s patient and rather adorable I may add. Rachel to me acted like a very young Edith Bunker or meathead from “All in the Family”. Sorry. I believe many celebrities if they are down to earth act like the regular joe on the street but when your street is Rodeo Drive and you live for the press at your heals and also have your PR call the Pap to get your picture even if that is common practice not ever celebrity adores it but, for RB she seems to thrive on it..

Granted many celebrities try to be ordinary folks or any regular joe off the streets, but when your street is Rodeo Drive and you love to have press people at your feet or in face then you sort of loose that appeal to the ordinary people your trying to impress. No Princess Golden Globe is the associate foreign press awards the Oscars are voted by there peers..meaning Actors/actress vote for Actors/Actress, directors for directors and everyone for the best picture..The Oscars just have more weight when a person wins won but it also is a good for someone to be nominated for it as well..Hope that helps Princess

my boyfriend gets playboy and I read that interview. I DID NOT LIKE THE WAY RACHEL WAS TALKING SH** ABOUT OTHER ACTOR IN STAR WARS (they say she was talking about Natalie Portman). I read the interview from Playboy. I did not care either for the way Rachel dissed the other actors in SW and did she really compliment Hayden? She said something like this, Hayden did a lot better then other Oscar-nominated actors that did far worse then Hayden. WTF? Far worse?? You call that a compliment? Then she was rude and insinuating when, she decided to bring Natalie Portman up. She would have been much better off saying and keeping it simple like, “I think Hayden did awesome in Star War’s. He is very talented and I can see him getting an Oscar nomination someday and I think he’s also great guy!” That is all she would have had to say!
I think Rachel may be jealous of Natalie Portman herself b/c I still think Hayden did REALLY like her @ one time and may still be carrying the torch for Nat.
Back to the PSA.. Rachel seemed either on a caffine buzz or just being too silly to care what the hell she was doing. Hayden had his laughing moment’s but, I saw the photograph’s of him up close. Some of his expression’s where like, “I can’t wait till I can get the f*ck outta here!!!” LOL!
Rachel posed for Playboy? Even if it wasn’t without clothes or not? There goes her “career.” There haven’t been many actresses that Playboy has helped in their careers. It’s mostly hurt them. Not many of them get any good roles tossed their way afterwards. Just the sex pot, femme fatale, dumb, easy woman roles. They are put into the “untalented but attractive” role. Just eye candy with nothing to back it up. Then her reputation and dignity among the industry is now shot to sh*t. This won’t stop the sex scenes by any means. It’ll only make them worse. Just posing for Playboy even scantily clad makes it worse. It’s also a contradiction. If you say you don’t do sex scenes, than you shouldn’t do Playboy even clothed/scantily clad. It’s like you say you don’t want to do something at the same time you’re either already doing that said something or slipping a note to someone that says for the right price, I would. You make a liar out of yourself. And, yeah. I think Rachel is severely jealous of Portman because Portman gets the roles she wants first ( I read an excerpt. She said that one herself. Rachel I mean) and has more of a career. I don’t know about the whole jealous about Hayden might have had a thing for Portman way back when and still carrying a torch for Portman but the whole career thing is obvious. This Playboy thing is all just a publicity stunt to drum up exposure for her that has proven way too much in the past that it backfires horribly.
Back to the PSA: Yeah, Hayden looks like he can’t wait to get out of there. And, unlike what some have said, they don’t look lovey dovey. If you pay attention, it looks as if Hayden wanted to smack her a couple of times. Rachel was, yeah, either too caffeined or silly to even care much about what was going on. The fact it has an outtake reel too makes me wonder about the validit of it. Most PSAs don’t have outtake reels or at least ones released. PSAs are too serious in nature for outtake reels. So, I’m questioning the sincerity of it. It points to only promotion for Jumper with the outtake reel in the mix. Doing good and promoting at the same time is OK but it does put a pretty big dent into the sense of genuineness and sincerity for the cause. It makes it harder for people to take it seriously and want to help because there are obvious other motives that will probably overshadow the cause.

I can only agree to what you’ve said about the outtakes. That was indeed very unsuitable for a cause like this, and especially as Doug Liman, the director of “Jumper”, also hops through the scenery several times (obviously he made this “piece of art”), and they just seemed to have such great fun. The relating on “Jumper” was just too obvious.
And Hayden is not better than the rest of them, as with his being there and joining the whole event and staying there he silently agreed to all this.
Concerning this “Playboy”-interview, well, there is not much of a career left she could destroy as this was pretty finished already as “The O.C.” got canceled, and at her age already it seems unlikely that her star would still rise in later years. Being a female 26 years old in Hollywood who has not reached anything else yet does not look very promising. Also surely many serious directors are not fond of her attention seeking behavior in public which she extends now even more involving Hayden just for own purpose. And let’s be honest: Playing some kind of a snobby girl saying sometimes funny phrases (which other people wrote for her!) did not show too much acting talent neither.
She’s not to compare with a Natalie Portman who has already demonstrated her outstanding talent at the age of just 14 (”Leon”), although she did not keep it up in all of her movies (”Star Wars”-trilogy). Yet somebody like Rachel Bilson cannot catch up with such a success, but let her dream about it as surely hundreds of girls do LOL, I just wish she would also do that in privacy and stop working on our nerves with her interviews. ;-)

We can say the same about your opions if people all agree then life would be dull..Knowone has to believe they are a couple Mr. Christensen hates to reveal anything about his private life to the public or press..the fact this woman would tell a Men’s magazine that she is in a around about way with him..that eventually will cause tention if one doesn’t want things to come out..and the other does..As for her comments about his Co-stars in SW I say that was in bad taste and definatly out of order on her part to mention something like that to a man that doesn’t need her to defend him.
As for this jean add..It stinks of promo and good cause rolled into it..but more so they need to promo this for jumper..which in my eyes will need the hype to get attention at the box office..

Good point. Hayden did silently agree to it but there’s still the question of whether he had to do it by contract. Don’t know that for sure but that’s something to consider due to the reeking of it being a Jumper promotion and with Liman involved.
No one in their right mind would compare Rachel Bilson with Natalie Portman. That’s like comparing apples with oranges. No offense intended to anyone with this but Portman is playing this “game” on a whole different level than Bilson is. They’re in two very different classes and anyone who says, IMO, that Bilson can compete with Portman is either naive or a hopeless idiot. Therefore, Portman gets offered and first pickings on the roles that Bilson wants hence the severe jealousy. Bilson has to wait way on down the line of other actresses after Portman who don’t want the roles before there’s even a slight possibility that it gets offered to Bilson. That’s quite a few actresses who turn down the roles before Bilson even probably hears about it. There’s a huge reason as to why those other actresses have turned down those roles. I’m betting and in my personal opinion, Bilson doesn’t like that one bit hence her comments which I totally agree with who cares that they were in very bad taste. It makes her come out LOOKING like a jealous, heinous b*tch. She also didn’t need to defend Hayden. The only ones who truly can’t let that go are the hardcore SW fans that are relatively few in number when everything is put in perspective. Hayden himself has even contradicted her on her assessment of the SW thing in an interview with Australian OK! magazine. He’s come to terms with it himself. And, I agree with who cares on the point that it was also bad taste to tr to make it look like they were together in a around about way when one of them doesn’t want to reveal anything about their private life to the public and press. The whole hinting at it and not coming right out with it and not wanting to talk about it (great if they don’t that’s their personal choice and their personal business) but still hinting at it anyway will cause tension. She’s trying to out them and say they are without coming right out and just saying it flat out while he doesn’t want that. Whether they are or aren’t isn’t the point. Who cares if the are? That’s their business and I frankly don’t care either way. The point is she’s trying to make their relationship, real or not, public without looking like she is (and that ploy is far from working) and Hayden is trying to keep it private. Whatever their relationship happens to be, it’s going to start imploding. I wouldn’t look for them to be together in any form or fashion much after all this is said and done. There’s a storm brewing. Whether it plays out in public or not, don’t know. My bet is probably not on Hayden’s end but don’t think there won’t be one. Trouble’s brewing.

Even if he signed a contract for “Jumper” it would still be his possibility (or even duty) to check up before giving his signature what in detail he signs. So no, apology is not accepted, at least not by me. Everybody has a right to an own opinion of course.
Then, Miss Bilson trying to out their relationship in a subtle way… I totally agree to that. She does. But fact is also that Hayden has spent lots of time in L.A. and been seen with her there and on several vacations. So, to me it’s not the question if they are or not, they definitely are.
Why this is taken as a secrecy (in trial to get people’s interest?) is absolutely senseless, and they should take an example at other actors with even bigger names (e.g. Nicolas Cage or Matt Damon) who have the guts to stand to their relationships in public. As going on playing this game (visiting the same premieres but not walking the red carpet together) is just ridiculous and makes you doubt if you landed in Kindergarten here? And with making the DECISION to become an actor even a private guy like Hayden has to be aware that public will intrude his personal life as a matter of fact, everything else would be closing the eyes towards reality. He wants the advantages of this job, well, nothing comes for free, there are always plus- and minus-sides, in everything in life. If he can’t cope with that he maybe has chosen the wrong profession.

Go ahead! Laugh your @ss off! If, Hayden and Rachel do marry and have have kids they will be long forgotten and It will be, Hayden who?? I hate to say this. Rachel did talk overboard and was rude towards Natalie and the other SW co-stars. If, Hayden chooses to take that and be with Rachel he, will no doubt have bad publicity and bad pubicity it is hard to find a director that will want to take you on for jobs.

It was also Hayden’s decision to be seen with her and heat the rumors in L.A. with that (if intended by him or not), no doubt about that. He was even out with just her car or picking her up somewhere with his… I think it’s long obvious they are together. Just that he kind of lives it, and she also tries to do it as public as possible. But the “Awake” premiere, the way she behaved there (without being criticized for it), the event at “Luxor”-hotel and leaving afterwards with him and his family… the spent together holidays (or do you think all the people telling about it were lying - why should they? So known these two are not to invent stories about them)… it all speaks for a relationship. Why some people still try to deny that is a riddle to me, maybe out of self-protection? No offend included.

Um Irishdreams I do believe you have that wrong. There was no rumor mention of Rachel and Hayden on Holiday’s together at the DH board. It was actually mentioned in the comments on the ‘Jumper’ Movie Stills (Just Jared) site I think by the name fakehookup.
I thought Teresa was dating Eric Foreman, can’t remeber his name-topher grace, that’s it.

Sorry lady_welsh if I got it wrong..but good chance those whom got the idea were from FHU who also claimed she/he was part of the DH board..and knew Jen and such but in a bad way..Seems it trickles down to other board thus creating an illusions that they were together..To me unless there was some Proof it was like you metioned rumor..
For those that think Rachel is the only one he see’s good chance this man who is single, 26ish and not committed to any relationship is seeing many woman and those might be one nighters or could be they aren’t famous so no publicity..I think it would be absurd to think he is exclusive with any woman..he seems like a playboy type want to be.

I wanted to comment on Adam Brody is not dating Teresa Palmer. How funny and Ironic is that?! Since, Teresa Palmer was replaced by Rachel Bilson in Jumper. I guess another woman’s trash is another woman’s treasure! Not that I think Adam is trash. He is a doll too!! I wish Adam well. I had a good laugh seeing that this morning about Adam Brody and Teresa Palmer!

I don’t think Hayden is still not ready to settle down to one girl just yet. I think your right. He’s still a playboy type and has been in the past. He was flirting w/ Harvey Winestien’s date @ the Awake premiere right under Rachel’s nose. So, it would not surprise me he see’s other woman when, he is back in Toronto. That’s okay! He’s young yet and let him find his true love. I don’t feel Rachel is.
Besides that. Rachel was looking like she was being pretty cozy with Zac Braff @ the Esylum Art event on Sunday night. I have seen pic’s of her hanging out w/ other guy’s in L.A. durning the fall. So, I think she also see’s other people indeed. I don’t see love w/ Rachel and Hayden is all.
Where did you read that Hayden was flirting with Weinsteins date?This is new to me.It seems like if there was any truth to this it would have been making the rounds on gossip sites.
Lets say Hayden was very comfortable looking with the ladies in AWAKE..I’m sure he wasn’t exactly cozy as Weinstein and his now wife were engaged so I’m sure Hayden knew better but to me I do see what Raven means Hayden sort of looked like he was flirting I didn’t see it with Weinsteins lady but with Jessica..Funny we never saw him with Rachel not even once..not on the red carpet not even in cadids..
Where you there? or was there footage? All I have seen is a few pictures and a quick video and didnt get any glimpse of him flirting and didnt get any flirting vibes with Jessica from the picsor video.

Go into Jen’s site and look in the Awake Premiere photo’s. Maybe Hayden was just laughing with Harvey’s fiance’ @ the time. But, I will tell you this. Hayden had a more friendly look to his face looking @ Harvey’s Fiance’ then, when I seen him look @ Rachel. Oh! Harvey’s fiance’ had a short yellow sparkly dress on and she had beautiful long brunette hair. She was a knockout! Plus, all these photo’s and not one was taken with Rachel and Hayden??? Hayden was not even around her all night from what I heard @ the Awake Premiere. NO! I was not their but, there are the pics and Hayden was not around Rachel. Of course she went to dinner w/ Hayden and the family.
I know Hayden is a big flirt. He’s a good looking guy and I don’t blame him. I say. Play the field dude! Take your time till, you find the right lady to settle down and spend the rest of your life with and I don’t think he is ready to settle down w/ Rachel or anyone just yet!

apparently for you not me.I would need alittle bit more then that.Im sure Hayden is a flirt but I see nothing in any those pictures.
Raven I seen one pic where Hayden is smiling at Georgette but Weinstein was standing with Hayden.I doubt Hayden would be so stupid to flirt with her when Harvey is looking right at him.I just see all 3 of them having a good time.Thanks for sharing anyway.

Sorry! I did and did not mean to give the impression Hayden was flirting w/ Georgina Chapman. Hayden would know better then to Anger Harvey Wienstien! LOL! I could tell my Hayden’s expression he thought Georgina was very pretty in which she is!
I think Hayden is prone to flirt however and he very well should! Hayden is gorgeous man and why not?
Hayden is a man of 26 3 months from27 he is a man who will socialize and flirt..To me nothing in the past several months tells me he is a one man woman..I think he enjoys being single and he should he isn’t steady with any one person..And even thought Rachel is convient at times for him to hang with and whatever else he gets from her.I don’t see them as any real couple..It would take a lot more then a few cold as stone shopping pictures for me to believe he wants a permant g/f
