Javier Bardem @ Critics Choice Awards 2008
Spanish actor Javier Bardem stays sleek in a suit as he accepted the award for Best Supporting Actor during the 2008 Critics’ Choice Awards held at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium on Monday in Santa Monica, Calif.
“I feel like I won the lottery,” Bardem said. “All the performers here are truly heartbreaking. I’m just a lucky guy, that is all. [And my costar Josh Brolin] is a great actor and a best friend.” Aww!!!
Bardem, 38, plays Anton Chigurh, a psychopathic murderer in No Country for Old Men, which was also named Best Picture. The Coen brothers also picked up Best Director.

I think he is a very attractive man and Penelope Cruz is very lucky to be going out with him. He is very yummy looking in a rough very macho looking way.
For me it’s the eyes and the smile. I am married to a man that makes me sweat just looking at him…and yet I have been daydreaming about Javier ever since I saw him win the Oscar. I know, it’s terrible, but as others have already said, this man just exudes manliness and sexiness. Gorgeous, beautiful, tasty-looking. He should be naked more on-screen. *Counts down until release of Vicky Christina Barcelona*
He didn’t win the lottery! Think he really deserves the public recognition… Young, sexy. talented, recognized…
