Lost star Michelle Rodriguez was released from jail last night after serving just 18 days of her 180-day sentence for her DUI-related probation violation.
TMZ reports, “Because of severe overcrowding, the standard is to release everyone after they serve 10% of their time.”

Sorry to say, but overcrowding in jail is real, and most people incarcerated for crimes other than murder are let out before their original sentences state.

Congrats to her. Normal people are treated the same way and gets released early, why do we want her to be treated worse?? c’mon people, have a heart. If you make a mistake and have an accident or DUI you would want that to yourself, wouldnt you?

one thing is erlier… she just was in jail 18 days and she had to be ther for 180 days… i still think it’s not fair for other people who were in the same situation.
surprised? nah celebrities hardly ever do adequate jailtime, that’s why they get released. dui’s kill every year, every day and these celebrities make a mocker out of the legal system.

That is such bull. Look Kiefer is still in jail serving his time since Dec. 5th!!!!! No one has let him out early. It just shows Kiefer is just like the rest of us. I think this Michelle has done worse than Kiefer!!!!!
#9 Kiefer gets out I believe Jan. 23rd.
