Harlow Madden: Nicole Richie’s Baby Girl

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are the proud parents of a daughter, Harlow Winter Kate Madden.

Harlow was born Friday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and weighed 6 lbs., 7 oz.

“The beautiful healthy baby girl is home with her ecstatic parents,” the couple’s reps at Handprint Entertainment tell People.

Congrats to the happy family! Can’t wait to see the family portrait. :)

The “Kate” seems a bit extra in the naming, but overall beautiful, unique name. Pregnancy did wonders for Nicole’s body and visage.

And the person who said Loren after Sophia Loren — Loren Madden just is too choppy and Lauren too common a name. Harlow is perfect.

Not if she had the right middle name. And it’s pronounced “Low-rehn” not common old Lauren, lol. But Harlow IS cute, she just has one too many middle names.

i remember first hearing that name when patricia arquette named her kid that. (Harlow) it grows on you. All those names sound like they couldn’t agree/decide so they decided to throw them all in there.

omg I’m so happy for nicole and joel luv the name and i bet the baby is goregous. And its like nic and joel know me personaaly becuz my 1st daughter is name Harlow Jane Sophia who we call lo, and my 2nd daughter is name Winter Veronica Grace who we eventually call winny and n-ewayz congrats to them and the whole madden/ritchie family
