Lindsay Lohan completes some of her community service (while smoking on a patio!) on Thursday at the Red Cross center in Pomona, California.

LiLo, 21, recently made Mr. Blackwell’s top ten Worst Dressed List in 2007, placing in at #9!

She does look old, does she ever wash her face? Is that the only pair of leggings she own, why don’t that doofus put on some pants. She don’t look cute, she looks awkward and goofy. She always look sweaty and dirty, ewwww!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish she would go away, she’s over.
