OlderVanessa Hudgens Joins the Mafia
Vanessa Hudgens arrives at the Rock Mafia Studio in Santa Monica, Calif. on Thursday. Looks like she got her hair straightened in the middle of the day!
The 19-year-old High School Musical star is set to act in feature film Will, which shoots February in Austin, Texas is about a battle of the bands at a high school.
Here’s a description of the role Vanessa will be playing: [SA5M] The 5 is silent. Sam is 15 years old, dressed down in black jeans and t-shirt, with hair strategically hiding her face from the world, she is a loner, one of the school’s outsiders, constantly seen with a book in hand. Smart, with a sense of humor and a lot of disdain for her shallow peers, Sam is a former stutterer and now speaks slowly and deliberately. She teams up with Will on a class project, and the two quickly discover they have a lot in common. Their friendship eventually takes the shape of a burgeoning romance. Brought on board as the lead singer for the band Will is managing, Sam emerges from her cocoon, demonstrating grit and commitment to perfection.

after this comment you posted it made me wonder if it really was true that zac was wearing vanessa coat so i went to my pics of zac at the game and the pics of vanessa in washington and put them side to side and zac is wearing vanessa’s coat :) Zac is still damn hot and looks great everyday no matter what. thank you for pointing that out to me.
Good for Vanessa sounds like it could be a good movie and what’s wrong with it being about music.
Zac did ‘Hairspray’ straight from HSM and that was good, so I’m glad for Vanessa that she is doing other role’s and considering that she loves music so much it make’s sense.
And it’s nothing to do with Disney what films that Vanessa does as long as she fulfils her obligation with them concerning HSM3 which againb I can’t wait to see.
I’m sooo happy for her! I wish her all the best… She is an amazing young woman and like she said, she will show the world what she is made of and that she will win… I just love her! Can’t wait to see the movie… I think it’s pretty interesting. And it’s her oportunity to meet Justin. She always said that she would love to sing with him… I hope the future will bring much more good stuff for her… She deserves it all! ;)

hey! i am psyched! very happy for vanessa. sounds like a cool role!
about the jacket thing .. wouldn’t it make more sense if vanessa was wearing zac’s jacket? ie. that jacket looks like a guy’s jacket. i feel like everytime she goes away, she wears/brings something of zac’s.
