OlderVanessa Hudgens Joins the Mafia
Vanessa Hudgens arrives at the Rock Mafia Studio in Santa Monica, Calif. on Thursday. Looks like she got her hair straightened in the middle of the day!
The 19-year-old High School Musical star is set to act in feature film Will, which shoots February in Austin, Texas is about a battle of the bands at a high school.
Here’s a description of the role Vanessa will be playing: [SA5M] The 5 is silent. Sam is 15 years old, dressed down in black jeans and t-shirt, with hair strategically hiding her face from the world, she is a loner, one of the school’s outsiders, constantly seen with a book in hand. Smart, with a sense of humor and a lot of disdain for her shallow peers, Sam is a former stutterer and now speaks slowly and deliberately. She teams up with Will on a class project, and the two quickly discover they have a lot in common. Their friendship eventually takes the shape of a burgeoning romance. Brought on board as the lead singer for the band Will is managing, Sam emerges from her cocoon, demonstrating grit and commitment to perfection.

As Vanessa’a fans we have the right, duty and privledge to support and defend her. And if Just Jared sends US an email telling us to stop, well then he will have to block us because that is the only way to get us to do so.
As to driving her fans away with your “troops”,. many have tried before you, and many will try after you. They are gone, we are still here, and we are not going anywhere.

So happy to hear Vanessa is going to be in another role. Yes, the characters are similar, both brainy high schoolers, but this role sounds like it will be more dramatic. She can show another side other than the sugary sweet , Gabriella. I’m also glad to hear it is being shot in Austin. Lived there for 3 years. Austin is very laid back and somewhat of a college town with 50,000 students at UT , Austin. Lots of music played at clubs on 6th street. Willie Nelson started out there. Hoping she will have somewhat of a break from the paparazzi. No paps around when I lived there. I’m sure some will be there for shots of the movie , but not following her around 24/7 like in LA. It would be great if Zac could come visit her when is finished filming. They could hang out and get lost in the sea of college kids and actually experience what normal young people their ages do without constant pictures of their every moves. I know , I’m probably dreaming but , just a thought… Again , so glad for Vanessa. You go girl! Lots to look forward too this year.

if you look back vanessa did wear the jacket in washington for the christmas taping and now we see zac with the same jacket on that vanessa was wearing. it may be zac’s jacket and vanessa was just borrowing it from him but if you compare the 2 pics of them you will see its the same jacket. it doesnt matter whos jacket it really is. all that matters is that zanessa are so cute together and zanessa forever. i think its cute the way they share clothes and there sunglasses and all that. its sweet and very nice. zanessa forever. i wish vanessa and zac all the best in there future.
