British model James Rousseau, aka Kate Bosworth’s boyfriend, is breaking into the music industry!
Rousseau, 27, has unleashed his first release onto the Internets called “To Make You Mine.” According to his MySpace page, “James is about to finish writing for his debut album, and will start recording in April this year.”
Little known facts via Wikipedia: Before his voice broke, James was also head chorister at Abberley Hall Preparatory School in Worcestershire. He taught himself how to play the guitar having already become a reasonable clarinet and saxophone player.

Don’t worry about them, You’re right it has nothing to do with James. If Jared would have put this up with no name you wouldn’t have seen the hatred. It is just a carry over from the Orlando/Kate saga. James has a great voice and the sound is great. He will do well.
James is very lucky and talented. I wish him the best in his career(s).
I can’t believe how “insular” Little America can be! Think they know it all. James was (and is) a highly successful top international model with a huge fan base in Europe and Asia - though not so much in the States. When he met Kate Bosworth in 2006 he was better known than she was in those countries - she was just Orlando’s date. James has always said he wanted to be a musician. The modelling got him the fame, and admittedly being with Kate got him more notice in the American press. The guy’s got genuine talent and clearly wants to make a name for himself based on that talent - not on who he knows. So just lay off the stupid ***** comments and make some informed, constructive comment. I mean - how can anyone have the nerve to suggest she’s keeping him, or that he doesn’t work hard and earn his own money. Please, just make up what crap you like! Don’t let the facts get in your way Little America!
@64 Please don’t put all of ‘little America’ in the same category. Those who are making those rude comments are just the silly Orlando fangirls who still resent that she was with him so they must take it out on anything or anyone that is associated with her.
He does have great talent and seems like an all around good guy who have never tried to name drop Kate before by talking to the press -although of course since he is seen with her his name gets out there.
oh and, just as you are not in America(I gather from you post) not everyone else who post her is either.

Has anyone ever noticed the strange coincidence, by the way, that both James and Orlando were born in the same English county - Kent - only a few miles from eachother?
I did! Though James is more posh than Orlando.
I’d never even heard of him so he can’t be making too much from Kate’s notoriety!! The song is very likeable and he’s even more likeable from other pics I’ve just seen online!
I like it. Fair play. Be good to hear some more stuff from him.
