Katie Holmes is the lady in red as she leaves the Carlyle Hotel and arrives at the Ed Sullivan Theater in NYC on Monday for a taping of the Late Show with David Letterman.
The 29-year-old actress is promoting her new film Mad Money, out in theaters this Friday, Jan. 18th.
Maroon 5 is the musical guest for the evening. Adam Levine and his bandmates will be performing “Won’t Go Home Without You” from their sophomore album, It Won’t Be Soon Before Long.

She is so dumb. She would look better if she would quit trying so hard. I’ve never seen another celebrity’s wife try so hard. Tom probably ridicules her so much that she’s become a paranoia schizo. Watch out for any couple that tries to paint the picture of a perfect relationship like these two. When it seems to good to be true, it normally is. Their relationship is probably like the movie War of the Roses except, unlike Kathleen Turner, Katie is a total airhead.
