Lindsay Lohan Wigs Out at Traffic School

Lindsay Lohan tries (but fails miserable) for incognito, donning a black wig to traffic school in Santa Monica, Calif. on Tuesday

The 21-year-old singer/actress is attending traffic school as required by law as part of a plea deal she struck in August for her two DUI convictions.

La Lohan has been serving her community service hours at the American Red Cross facility in Pomona, Calif.

What does the H on her belt stand for? Hermes? Hohan?

I still can’t believe she is only 21. She looks so much older and her face is beat. I hope she really gets help and gets her life back on track, but she seems as addicted to the attention as you know who.
