Zac Efron: HOSPITALIZED!!!!!
Zac Efron was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center today suffering from appendicitis.
His rep said, “He had his appendix removed and is recuperating.”
Zac should make a full recovery from the surgery, which shouldn’t disrupt the filming of High School Musical 3: Senior Year at all.
We hope girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens has good bedside manner–she’ll be there throughout his entire recovery!

OMG i had a really weird dream about this i had a dream he died i know weird anyway then i came on JustJared and saw his name had been taken off and there was breaking news Zac Efron died while having his appendix taken out it was really weird after i woke up i had to come on ehre to make surte it wasn’t true
