Vanessa Hudgens is a Pilates Princess
Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale reportedly attend pilate classes at a fitness center in Encino, Calif. on Wednesday afternoon.
As usual, the High School Musical BFFs shared lots of laughs from the gym back to their car.
We sure hope Ashnessa visited Zac in the hospital!
UPDATE: Added a few more pictures! Vanessa was also seen stopping off at Robeks, where she picked up two large smoothies before heading back to Zac’s apartment. When asked how Zac was doing, Vanessa replied he was doing “Good!”

Aww! Bless Them, I really hope Zac has a speedy recovery! My mom had appendicitis and it was really painful, although she did recover within a couple of weeks, it left her bed-bound for a while.
I hope V has been looking after him, I’m sure she will though, she seems like a very supportive girlfriend.

People, hospitals have set visiting hours because patients need to rest. Here are the visiting hours for the hospital Zac is in:
General Visiting Hours - 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
* Please limit your stay to 15-20 minutes.
* Maximum number of visitors in the room is two at a time.
* Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the patient’s room, nor may they wait unattended in the waiting areas.
* A caregiver may interrupt your visit during some patient care routines.
* If you are ill, please do not visit.

But let me tell u Pilates are a killer pain, in the morninn u wake up with a sore stomach/abs.
Pilates workouts are based either on the Pilates Mat work, which is done on the floor with a minimum of equipment, or on the Pilates apparatus ie. those weird looking contraptions.
Pilates is usually done barefoot, so no fancy footgear needed! There are a few things to consider when you dress for a Pilates workout. First, make sure your clothes give enough to let you move and stretch fully. Your instructor will need to be able to see your body well enough to see the alignment of you bones and how your muscles are engaging, so while loose is OK, baggy is not. You will also want to avoid baggy clothes because some Pilates exercises could be a bit revealing if your clothes are too loose.
You will also want to avoid excess accessories while your working out. long necklaces, belts, dangling bracelets and such could not only be distracting, but could be dangerous if they got caught up in the equipment. Similarly, hair needs to be out of the face and tied back if it is long. One other note: more and more people are finding that they are sensitive to perfumes and strongly scented deodorants. Many studios are requesting that clients refrain from wearing strong scents in the studio.
Yeah it does look weird but VAnessa has flat abs already so if wants it to become flatter then she is going to have a six pack ab, and that happened to my friend, and she regreted it.

Thank you #30. It is almost cult-like the way the media worships all things Zac, Vanessa and Ashley when they are so many other equally and frankly more talented young adults to be interested in. The overkill and overexposure is totally gag worthy. I’ll be so glad when these one-hit wonders are replaced by the next bunch so we can stop choking on these 3 and their 15 minutes of mediocrity. You should check your facts before you speak. Neither of them ever professed to be writers. How many actors are? And Zac is currently filming another movie that is NOT Disney or HSM related. Vanessa starts filming another movie in Feb that is NOT Disney or HSM related. It’s always people who don’t know anything about these two or their careers that make the putrid comments.

I breezed through the comments, but it’s pretty laughable some of you think Vanessa should be huddled up in the hospital and yell at her for going out. Let’s play a game called “Using Our Brains” for a second! Don’t know how? Ok, I’ll go first!
1.) Vanessa was at the hospital, at some point- for how long? Who knows! It’s her bf and he’s going under the knife. She was around.
2.) One if not both Zac’s parents probably flew down to be at their son’s side while he’s still in the hospital. Either way, Zac is not alone right now, he’s got people looking after him- they’re called doctors and nurses.
3.) Homeboy is probably passed out and sleeping. Why does Vanessa need to be there to watch him sleep?
4.) We all (hopefully) have friends, family, and loved ones- do you honestly think you wouldn’t be worried and visit if anyone falling under those categories was admitted to the hospital?

people who are complaining about v not being at the hospital: get real. my best friend went to the hopsital to get her appendix taken out, and i didnt get the chance to see her until the day before she left. vanessa doesnt need to spend her whole day there, cooing over zac. sure it was a pretty intense thing, but its appendicitis, and its fixed, and hes probably sleeping. its not like he had a heart-attack or something. hes recupperating, and she doesnt need to be there to watch over him. even people with family memebers that have cancer dont spend their entire day sitting in a hospital room waiting for their loved one to get better. zacs prob. only gonna stay for two-three days, then shell see him again. she probably arleady went anyways….

let me tell you a little story about two other children who were in a musical movie together. this movie was made by a company that wants their movies to make as much money as possible…..so, they ask the lead characters of this movie to play certain roles in their public (but still considered “personal”) lives. they ask the gay male lead and the trashy female lead to act as though they are really a loving couple. they also ask the two most famous girls in the film to pretend that they are best friends. now, children, do you know why they did this? the answer is to make even more money off of you children. you become obsessed with all these fake relationships and buy all the little magazines etc that talk about and show pictures of these people doing their relationship things. grow up and realize what’s going on, dumb@sses.
Why is it that celebrities are held to high standards that most people don’t do themselves? I am sure most of us have had a loved one in the hospital, but unless they were given 24 hours to live, we were not there every single minute. He had a very common surgery and I am sure he is sleeping a lot today. So she is not a good girlfriend becaus she is not watching him sleep all day. I feel that she was at the hospital all of yesterday and maybe she was encouraged by Zac or family to get out for a little while. The truth of the matter if you hate Vanessa, she could have sat through the actual surgery, never left the hospital for one second and some would still come on this site and bash her.
It looked like V is worried and teary eyed in the first pictures while holding her phone. Could it be that she just received a call about Zac being rushed to the hospital? Also, you can see the change in her facial expression - laughing and giggling when she went in then worried as she was coming out of the place. Just an assumption.
zac was in the hospital getting stage 1 of his sex change operation done. get better soon!

Just because Vanessa is laughing does not mean she is not worried about Zac.
She probably went to the hospital or called and found out he was ok, then cleared the way for his parents(who don’t see him as often as Vanessa) to be there.
And I bet Zac asked Ashley to keep her busy so Vanessa wouldn’t worry about him too much.
He is just the kind of guy to worry about his girlfriend despite what he is going through.

The one thing I like about Vanessa is that she’s totally true to herself. She doesn’t change who she is in order for people to accept her. Can’t say the same about a certain other HSM star, who went and pretty much lied about why she got plastic surgery to cover up the fact that she was so insecure about her nose. Add in the fake hair and the teeny weeny doggie that’s carried everywhere and you pretty much have your Paris Hilton clone, i.e. Ashley Tisdale. Vanessa may have the pictures as a strike against her, but at least she doesn’t pretend to be something she’s not. In the end, I think I’d rather be a fan of someone who makes mistakes, but is totally herself, than someone who seems perfect but is a complete and utter phony. But that’s just my opinion.

Pilates is like yoga for dancers. It’s a lot of stretching and holding the position, it really works and tones your muscles, helping you to build strength and flexibility. I do it with my BFF it’s soo much fun but really hard lol

Glad to see Vanessa and Ashley out having a few laughs and exercising. I’m sure Vanessa visited Zac yesterday and maybe even today. After surgery , you are really tired from the meds they use to put you to sleep during surgery. These meds last for at least 24 hours maybe more. We don’t know when Zac actually had the surgery yesterday. I read on jfxonline , that Zac is still filming his movie and they had to use a body double to continue filming yesterday. He may have even been on set when he was taken to the hospital. My point is , Zac is still probably somewhat out of it and really tired. I’m sure he doesn’t want visitors there all day. Vanessa is doing the right thing by going out and having fun to relieve some stress. I’m sure yesterday was no picnic for her worrying about Zac and his surgery. He is probably getting rest and maybe even visiting a little with his parents. Don’t knock Vanessa for not being there 24/7.

A couple of weeks ago I composed a little hypothetical scenario between Vanessa and her mother at a car lot, that was a big hit. Well, Narf liked it ;) so I decided to do another one for your reading enjoyment.
Setting: Zac’s hospital room earlier today. Ashley is standing by his bed on the left. Vanessa is sitting in a chair holding his hand.
Zac (sleepily): So what do you guys got going on for today?
Ashley: Well Nessa and I have our pilates class today.
Vanessa: I don’t think I’m going make it today Ash.
Zac and Ashley: Why not?
Vanessa: Well you just had surgery and I think I should be here.
Zac: Vanessa, I’m fine “yawns then winces*
Vanessa: Oh my god, Zac are you okay?
Zac: Babe, I’m fine, I’m just a little sore that’s all. You should go to your class, the drugs they’re giving me really have knocked me out. So I think I’ll just try to take a little nap,. Besides I talked to my parents on the phone and they’ll be here in a little bit. So don’t worry I’ll okay.
Vanessa: *tears up and shakes head stubbornly*
Ashley:*gently pulling Vanessa towards the door* He’s right, Vanessa. He’ll be fine plus it will help us relieve some of the stress.
Vanessa: NO!!! NO!!! *grabs both sides of the door. Teary-eyed Zac blows her a kiss. Ashley throws Vanessa over her shoulder and carries her hysterically wailing friend from the hospital.*
Okay I took some obvious creative license there. But still my point is I’m sure Vanessa has either talked to or visited Zac. I’m sure he’s not the kind of guy who whould anyone hovering over him while he’s resting especially if they have something else to do.

Evelyn, when Britney was released from the hospital, it was said that she left through an underground tunnel.
Perhaps Vanessa went in and out of the hospital to visit Zac through that tunnel. And since paparazzi are not allowed in the hospital, they would not have seen her go into his room.
I am sure the hospital personel are well versed in how to get people in and out with anyoe seeing them.

Wow at how many dumbasses are on here (then again shoudn’t be a suprise). Zac had a surgery that is very damn common. According to the statement from his rep yesterday, he was recuperating, meaning he was fine, surgery was over. Once again he didn’t have a heart operation nor is he currently near death. All he has to do is rest , get better, and no one (possibly parents), unless there are special circumstances can just stay with him 24/7. Stop trying to use two friends going out to exercise as an excuse to make some idiotic point. And little ten year old “fans”, stop trying to be pissed off on Zac’s behalf, she’s his girlfriend, good friend, co-star, whatever but he knows her & she knows him more than any of you ever will.

I think someone mentioned that when Britney Spears was in the hospital she had family around. The only picture I saw was that of her father coming out of the hospital. I thought there were pictures of her mom in Louisiana when she was in the hospital. I don’t remember seeing a big family vigil for her. Also, I do not think paps are waiting outside of this hospital like they were for Britney because she has so much more drama going on. This story about Zac is not as big. I just think sometimes we have expectations for celebrities that are not realistic. We think of things of how we would handle things and then we expect celebrities to do it. Then we get disappointed because they don’t live up to our expectations.

For that, I’m glad.

Those of you who are so concerned about whether Vanessa has visited Zac or not: as has been mentioned the hospital has underground tunnels and such. SOME people don’t wish to have cameras on them all the time. As you may have already noticed there hasn’t been particularly any coverage about Zac’s surgery other than he had an emergency appendectomy and that he is recovering. The type guy Zac SEEMS TO ME is one who would like this to be private as much as possible. I don’t believe for a minute that his mom did not come in to see about her son and we haven’t SEEN her either. We haven’t SEEN anyone which probably means Zac and his family are trying NOT to have a circus over this.
I’m sure Vanessa was there yesterday, went home last night and slept, probably went to see him this morning, then went out with Ashley for a while, AND will probably go back later. It is highly unlikely she would be allowed to be with him 24/7 with the type surgery he had. It is not like he is critical. AND if his mom is there why wouldn’t Vanessa allow Zac mom/dad/both to be with him. Even his parents wouldn’t be allowed to be there with him 24/7. I don’t see anyone bashing them. Why can’t people make sense. Why is everything an all or nothing situation? Can’t you put yourself in this position? They are people but that is one of the problems some have, you make it like a Hollywood script that you want to see on the big screen!

I can’t believe some of the comments I’m reading here. The IQ of some of these posts is frankly scary. How on earth can you have a go at Vanessa because she’s not handcuffed to Zac’s hospital bed?!?! How long was your brain starved of oxygen exactly?!
I have two things to say.
First, I’m a nurse and if family/friends stick around for longer than an hour we start to get a little annoyed. We have work to do and we can’t do it while mom, dad, girlfriend, little sister, distant cousin and the dog are crowded round the bed. And that aside, the patient generally needs a lot of rest after a general anesthetic. Don’t get me wrong, if its life threatening then its totally different. You work around and often with the family. But this is not major or life threatening. It’s routine.
Secondly, its a ******* appendectomy for crying out loud!!!!!!!!! It’s not a heart transplant!
Some of you seem to think that Vanessa should be camping out in the hospital with him 24/7, crying her eyes out constantly while hysterically screaming “NOOOOOOO!!! WHY!! WHY!! WHY WASN’T IT ME INSTEAD!!”. And that if she ever did have to leave the hospital at any point and was spotted by the paps that she would be found curled up lying in the road rocking back and forth yelling “woe is me!!!! woe betide me!!!!”
However if any of that did actually happen you’d probably still criticse her. “What a drama queen, it’s not like hes dead” “Oh my god look at her being upset in front of the paps she’s such a faker” “OMG V IS TRYING TO STEAL THE ATTENTION BY LOOKING UPSET”
*sigh* why are some people so determined to bring someone down at every possible (albeit lame) opportunity?

Last but certainly not least in stupidity: Your post shows just how informed you are about these two. Ashley has been pictured with Zac and Vanessa going to the gym with them and out getting smoothies and things like that before. She works all the time for Disney and she also has a boyfriend so she can’t be with Zac/Vanessa/both all the time. Monique is older I am sure has a life of her own too. In one interview where the kids were talking about doing things together it was pointed out that both Lucas and Monique didn’t live close to each other like Zac, Vanessa, and Ashley did. Also, Corbin has been doing other projects and has toured, etc. Lucas has been steadily working.
Anyway, Ashley, Vanessa, and Zac live very close to each other. Ashley and Zac have know each other for some time, Vanessa and Ashley have known each other for some time. They are probably closer and is common nature.

no kidding. if she walked out of the hospital, people would say shes doing it to look good, or for publicity, or to “prove” that her and zac are together. but we dont see her go, and all of a sudden shes a bad girlfriend. she really CANT win against haters except to ignore, which thankfully, she does. there are some people who, saddly, believe that everything the girl does is wrong. even shopping and getting a smoothie is considered wrong. its kinda stupid that people waste so much time sitting around judging her every move, complaining that she doesnt do anything productive when they themselves arent doing anything productive.

Boy, you wouldn’t think a little trip to a pilates class would draw such controversy. If Zac had a routine appendectomy by laperoscopy (which is what I had) and there were no complications, he’s already back home. I had mine removed at 5pm and they had me up walking the next morning (granted it was a very slumped over painful experience) but I was sent home that afternoon with wonderful pain meds. I betting he’s home and V was bringing him his favortie smoothie. Go V!
She is so nice and sweet spending time with Ashley and taking care of Zac.

as a fan i;m glad vanessa has balance in her life. esp. being a teenager in the business. she is like any other teenager enjoying her life like teenagers do. hangout with girlfriends and her family to keep her grounded. i think you really need that if you’re in hollywood. or else you end up like lindsay or britney. it’s hard being in the spotlight and trying to be like any other human being without people judging and criticizing your every move. but kudos to her and ashley. they don’t need to grow up too fast.

GUYS CALM DOWN…JUST REMEMBER ZANESSA IS VERY PRIVATE IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP, ESPECIALLY IN THIS CASE WHEN ZAC IS VERY DELICATE. SHE DID SEE HIM AT THE HOSPITAL AND STAYED WITH HIM THAT IS WHY SHE LOOKS TIRED. ZAC IS BACK AT HIS APT WITH HIS MOM, WHOM CAME OVER TO SEE HIM. V HAS VISITED HIM AND WILL LATER FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE CUZ SHE LOVES HIM…..PLUS ON THESE PICTURES SHE HAS TWO DRINKS, ONE FOR HER AND THE OTHER ONE FOR ZAC,,,SEE SHE IS TAKING CARE OF HIM AND HANGING OUT WITH HER BESTFRIEND. BTW I HEARD SHE CRIED FOR HIM AND THAT IT WAS ZAC ACTUALLY WHO TOLD HER TO GO TO THE GYM WITH ASH….SO CHILL OUT EVERYONE V IS TAKING GOOD CARE OF HER MAN. :)

I’m happy that it seems that he’s doing okay andI’m glad she was going back to his apartment. Any type of surgery sucks but like Kim said, with something as common as an appendectomy most people are up with in a day or two. My mom and I both were. Pain meds are a god sent for after surgery, I had a subtotal pancrectomy this past Aug. and was up with in three days. Of course I was slumping down the ICU hall. I really don’t get what the huge controversy was about her going out with Ashley. It’s good that she went out with Ashley, I know when I was in the hospital I wanted my family and friends to carry on with their everyday life and not be around 24/7. I actually kicked my mom out of my hospital room a few times.
But at the end of the day it’s good that she goes back to him to be there with him.
And both girls look amazing.

Thier probably getting ready for their movies that they are doing before HSM3, because they aren’t filiming until the spring back in Utah. Utah paid 2 million dollars for them to film there.
But I’m betting that Vanessa was with Zac all the way until their class and the drinks dhe picked up I bet one was for Zac. Because Ashley had her own car earlier and then Vanessa is getting in her car and there is something in her purse for Zac.
I’m sure that Zac actually had more plastic surgery done… That’s why it’s no biggie for Vanessa. He’ll come back in about a week and a half and there will be something just slightly different about him.

zac will need his rest and doesn’t need everyone around him all the time, not that he doesn’t love the care and their love. he knows they are there for him and will not leave him alone. nessa cares deeply for her man, just because shes not there every waking minute doesn’t mean she cares any less.
my husband had a heart attack and it is very serious, i didn’t leave until i knew he was talking. then he kicked me out, he told it was silly to stay and get myself down.
zac wanted her, they said, to leave for awhile but they have a strong love and they know how to help each other.

when i got mine removed they did it with a sort of “watch surgery” with a small camera.. i could’ve go home the next day but i go fever so i had to stay until 2 days later.. so i could be zac’s already home this morning

The original Zanessa Angels are still here, sweetheart. Some have been unable to post most here lately but since the baddies never go away, neither do we. We are not in some private, protected blog and we try to soldier on. There has been a lot going on the past week and when the threads come quickly and are many it is hard to get that many posts. The other night some of the threads were down and some posts were lost. I’m more then sure that Vanessa have visit Zac, heck, she might have spent so much time worrying about him that he was the one that told her to go out for a while with Ashley, I dunno, but if she replied that he was doing good and then bought smoothies to bring to him, well, that’s a sign that she does care, something that I don’t doubt for a second. Besides, I doubt she would actually be out with Ash if Zac wasn’t doing fine, maybe his family is there and they wanted to spend some time, again, I have to say that I’m pretty sure that they had to drag Vanessa out the door.
I hope that Zac will make a quick and relatively un-painful recovery and be back up on his legs soon.
