Pilates workouts are based either on the Pilates Mat work, which is done on the floor with a minimum of equipment, or on the Pilates apparatus ie. those weird looking contraptions.

First, make sure your clothes give enough to let you move and stretch fully. Your instructor will need to be able to see your body well enough to see the alignment of you bones and how your muscles are engaging, so while loose is OK, baggy is not. You will also want to avoid excess accessories while your working out. long necklaces, belts, dangling bracelets and such could not only be distracting, but could be dangerous if they got caught up in the equipment. Similarly, hair needs to be out of the face and tied back if it is long. One other note: more and more people are finding that they are sensitive to perfumes and strongly scented deodorants. Many studios are requesting that clients refrain from wearing strong scents in the studio.

I don’t know about VAnessa’s body, she might own a small gut and she wants to get rid of it, I don’t know about her body only she does. So anything she is doing is for her own good..

Seriously, I would love for you fans to answer, what are these two going to after High School Musical? Their voices are nothing special, we’ve heard it all before. They’re not even real writers, they don’t write their songs, they rely on others to do it. At least someone like Zac Efron (who I’m not even a fan of) is actually doing other movies. These two have nothing! Phony friendship, too!

actuually, both arre filming movies before hsm 3, and vanessa’s album is coming out then, hsm 3. then all the touring and stuff, shes gonna be really busy and she said she was thinkking of starring in more movies.

Thank you #30. It is almost cult-like the way the media worships all things Zac, Vanessa and Ashley when they are so many other equally and frankly more talented young adults to be interested in. The overkill and overexposure is totally gag worthy. I’ll be so glad when these one-hit wonders are replaced by the next bunch so we can stop choking on these 3 and their 15 minutes of mediocrity. There are 18, 20 and 23 year olds actually making a difference in the world but all this board and too many others can do is stalk Zanessa/Ashnessa to see when they are going to next ****, blow bubble gum, shop, buy coffee, yawn, drive thru Miki D-s for a burger, wave, pump gas, scratch their ears, giggle, shop, giggle, shop, etc. Played out in the worst way.
