Lily Allen Suffers Miscarriage

British singer Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage, her publicist confirms to UK’s The Sun.

“We can confirm that Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage,” her rep said. “She and her partner Ed Simons will be making no further comment and we ask that their privacy be respected during this difficult time.”

Lily, 22, and Chemical Brothers star Ed, 37, had just returned home after a vacation in the Maldives when she tragically miscarried.

A source close to the couple has said, “Lily and Ed are in a state of shock. The bad news has been really difficult for them to take and they are absolutely heartbroken. Lily’s entire outlook on life changed after she found out she was pregnant. She was looking forward to being a mum and starting a family with Ed. She had turned her back on her party girl image and had turned over a new leaf. They are surrounded by friends and family who are offering support. It is a really difficult time for them.”

So sorry for their loss. Hope her pain decreases, over time.
I’ve read where she realized that she’s wanted to be a mum, a wife and to take care of a family. Well, though this is a sad event. On a posiive note it has helped her to realize what else she has needed for her happiness.

I wish her much love, joy and peace now and throuhout her life.

poor Lily.. my best wishes goes out to them.

Big woop - So she had a miscarriage. Hundreds of women have miscarriages. It’s just a blood mass. You can’t even call it a “baby” yet. Lily should not be so upset over a miscarriage. She is only 22 years old and has plenty of time to become a mother. What’s the rush?
