Miley Cyrus @ ‘Hannah Montana’ Premiere
Miley Cyrus (in Alberta Ferretti) flashes the peace sign at the Disney premiere of Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert held at the El Capitan Theatre on Thursday in Hollywood.
The movie allows fans to see the singer, songwriter and actress perform a sold-out concert tour. The movie also features performances from the 69-city tour which created a sensation across the country. The limited one-week release begins Feb. 1.

i think she is trying to look to grown up to fit in with her friends vanessa and ashely. plus i think the hair makes her face look washed out and the eye make up is to much her eyes look really small and she said her self that she hates when people cake on make up but now she is. but i think she looks good with dark hair like when she died it dark brown it looked good but thats way to much.
