Stalking Vanessa Hudgens
Vanessa Hudgens gets the star treatment from at least a dozen paparazzi when she stops at a Mobil gas station in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The High School Musical starlet gave her autograph to one photographer… with a mechanical pencil! Another photographer was even kind enough to help Vanessa pump the gas into her Audi convertible. How sweet of him!
Notice how none of the photographers or videographers are women…

I know what you’re talking about Emmi. She got her license when I got mine and for only like 6 months you have to follow that rule if you get it when you’re 17. She’s 19 now, same as as moi. I’m from NJ though and we’re one of the stricter states, so it may not apply to her at all.
That’s kind of sad that she can’t even go to the gas station without getting swarmed by paps.

It’s nice to know that the paps can be decent people. I suspect that it’s the writers/editors who do the thrashing and spice up the reports given by the paps. You can see that some of them are actually decent people trying to earn their keep. The rest just go overboard.

In Virginia, if you are 19 or older you can get your license after only 30 days if you have enough practice hours on your permit. Maybe California has a similar situation. Vanessa looks really nice in these pics. I really like her sweater. Must be tiring to have all the paps around all the time. Hope they don’t distract her driving.

Vanessa, I must say, has always been respectful. She just maintains her silence and when she does utter a response to a pap’s question it makes everyone’s day, if you get my drift. I really admire her grit in the face of the most difficult situation for a young girl her age.
I personally don’t really watched Disney, haven’t watched the musicals, but she seems likable and normal enough. I’m more interested in personal style than all else really. Agreed, some people have definitely gone overboard about a lot of things about her, but it’s just the age group she attracts.
She looks pretty, and really she’s just getting gas. Why do they follow around people who are doing such mundane things.(Shopping, gym, gas..after the 100th time it gets old) I’m glad she nice to them & they return the favor. I hope some legislators get to work on some new laws on stalking paparazzis. This is really ridicuous. They caused Pricess Di’s accident. Did anyone see the video the other day where the paps were driving alongside Vanessa’s car while she was driving with her mom? That was completely insane!! This really has to stop!! LA is where the celebrities are and so there’s money to made especially if they are hot items. Hence, the growing nos. of paps. Vanessa is currently a hot item even though she’s not a major star. I guess, the fans and her appeal to the young generation and her association with zac puts her in the spotlight. As Zac said the media is just waiting for them to make a slipup and neither of them are going to give them this opportunity.

But, people, why do you say that the photogs should leave her alone and its so awful that they follow her around? After all, you and I are the reason they do that. We love when new pictures and videos of them are released and we sit and read about it all the time. So if you want the pictures and you want the scoop, the paparazzi have to follow her around. That’s just how it goes.
Kelly, If you are over 18 in most states you can get your license anytime after your permit. There is no waiting period. I took my written test when I was 19 and go my license a month later. Vanessa is over 18, therefore she can get her license any time after her written test. I think she took her road test already and now has her license, thus she can now drive by herself.

your statement makes no sense. why would you feel any sympathy towards britney, who actually asks and wants the paps to follow her? you think britney doesnt like the attention? think again. besides the fact that she has a mental disorder, the main reason people follow britney around is because she does stupid things in public. a 19-year-old girl getting gas for her car shouldnt require 12 paps. and dont underestimate vanessas popularity. i dont think dating a popular, hot guy, and having private photos leaked onto the internet would get someone many fans. believe whatever you want, but people like her because shes talented and good-spirited, and thats why she has many fans.

I love black and white outfits, those are the only colors in my wardrobe. You can always pull a classy look when u have black and white clothes. Vanessa looks awesome in her black clohes, it makes her look classy, and elegant. At least she doesn’t have gothic style clothes on bcos that would just creep me out. Vanessa has been in two theatrical releases “Thirteen,” and “Thunderbirds” granted neither of them set the box office on fire but they were not straight-to-DVD releases. “High School Musical” 1 & 2 were made for TV movies released on DVD. From my understanding the movie she is going to be doing “Will” is also going to be a theatrical release. She has never done a straight-to-DVD release.
As far as her not being a movie star goes, well that’s true she isn’t yet. But you never know what the future holds. But really if you’re going to denegrate her career you should at least know what you’re talking about.

Camie #131 If you were my daughter, I’d make sure you have colours in yr wardrobe . God gave us colours. In my country, most cultures have black and white for mourning loved ones. It’s good to have the little black dress but not half the wardrobe. I loved last summer fashion colours, they were so vibrant and sunny. The winter colours are a bit dreary. I have only one black blouse, a long black skirt and a no. of black jeans/pants.

i agree boji. vanessa looks so chic in black and white, but she looks amazing in all colors, and she should definitely wear more than just black and white. i love wearing bright and vibrant colors, it makes me feel very childish…in a good way. black and white says a person is sophisticated, which v is, but colors say a person also likes to have fun and be a little crazy every once in a while. :D

I find nothing wrong with the stalkerazzis helping Vanessa out. Stalking and snapping pics of celebs are their bread and butter. That one stalkerazzi that got the money of shot of Zac and Vanessa in Hawaii probably paid cash for his Range Rover. The very least they could do for Vanessa is to help her out with trivial things, i.e. buy her a birthday bouquet, spot her some parking change, buy her a cup of coffee, help her pump gas, but not hail a cab for her. She no longer needs a cab, plus she hailed her own cab in DC.
The best thing they can do is leave her in peace. But we all know that that will never materialize. Well, she at least has learned to live her life around them. She’s clued in to the the symbiotic relationship between celebs and photogs.

You know, I never saw pictures of Zac’s mom going to visit him either but I have a sneaking suspicion that she did! Also, we never saw Zac leaving the hospital and but yet he’s home and I also suspect that the paps were out watching for that to happen too. Celebrities do outsmart the paps sometimes.

I still don’t understand why people have to feel soooo devastatingly sad for her. I think she isn’t waaay too bothered by the papparazzi yet. Even up there without zac she is laughing and smiling. I’m sure she’s still just getting into the feel of what it means to be famous. To be honest, that’s the most photographers I’ve seen hound her at once to date. Sure, she probably gets annoyed every now and then, but for now she seems very aware of the world she’s in and isn’t crying over it.
The time you have to worry is when they stop caring to follow her around. I’m pretty sure her PR person is aware that this only keeps her in the news and she is making money. She has money, fame, and adoring fans. People are so melodramatic.

A hospital is like any other place their is always a way out that you can take not to be seen by to many people.
I’m sure that Zac’s mom did come to see him it is her son. so I’m glad that Zac managed to get out without being spotted and I’m sure that Vanessa also got him to see him without the press seeing as well.
I wish him a speedy recovery and can’t wait to hear Vanessa’s new album and see her in another film.
