Gossip Girl costars Blake Lively and Penn Badgley are “just friends”, People is reporting.
“Everybody always tries to dig into your personal life or create things that aren’t there. . . . It’s silly,” Blake says. “Any male friend is obviously a ‘romance alert’ [for the media], but I’ve always been friends with boys.”
Does Blake ever say she’s not dating Penn? Ever? No! Besides, the Blake and Penn were the only two Gossip Girl stars in attendance at Chanel’s Night of Diamonds gala. Maybe, maybe!
Pictured here is a solo Blake spotted out and about in some fancy yellow boots in New York City Thursday evening.

I absolutely love Gossip Girl. They are both so cute on the show. It’s sweet how they’ve known eachother since they were kids (in real life). If they’re dating off screen, then that adds to the cuteness. Love the show & love them.

well, if it’s happening, it might be just like the other CW series, One Tree Hill (ie. Sophia Bush + Chad Michael Murray). The comparison would be there. Co-star sdating is awkward, esp if they end up breaking up. I cringe everytime I see sophia bush and chad michael murray in a scene on OTH.
