I’m not discussing his family because I don’t know them..they are private citizen..they are not actors or in the entertainment business aka.public arena. Exploiting their backgrounds for media publicity. He (WM) has.
I find it ironic I’m addressing him being fake and that bothers you, but other posters calling his family White monkeys or Monkey period doesn’t get you to single out any poster.

How is attending a reunion honoring a distinguished family member exploitative, exactly? Went has every right to be proud of his family and to spend time with them, just like anyone else. He comes from a very well-educated, professional family and he doesn’t “exploit” them, although he certainly could if he wanted to. He has relatives in medicine, politics, education and law, just to name a few. How many pictures have you EVER seen of his parents or sisters??? And guess what: They don’t exploit him either. Seems like a fine family. He’s said many times that he’s multi-racial, and if being descended from Mississippi slaves doesn’t give you black cultural roots, then what does?

As to the question of race, who cares what race he, or anyone else, happens to be? We are all multi-racial!! All human beings are descended from Africans. Time to grow up now and get past your racist perspective for your own peace of mind. And be happy for Went that he comes from such an amazing family.

well well, that picture came out a while ago sometime in December, it was before he was seen again with Amie.

I’m sure I read somewhere where he said most of his friends were white so I guess that may influence his choice in females somewhat. But I can see where you are coming from as reading through press when he was promoting THS he kept mentioning his ‘blackness’ during interviews, dont know if this was to attract attention though.

Personally I wouldnt class him as black only mixed race……….

To Anon, it was just a question because I have sincerly no clue. I was just trying to say to well well that perhaps there’s a nothing behind all this, the magazine (Barack Obama), Amie, the family’s picture. As you said it’s just speculation.
