High School hotties Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens spend some time outside after Zac’s bout in the hospital with appendicitis.
Does Zac look lighter without his appendix? After four days, Zac seems to have his step back. Must be all the TLC from Vanessa!

So glad Zac is home again. He looks a little sore in the pics and very pale and thin. Hosp. food usually tastes pretty gross. I’m sure he was the one who suggested going to Patty’s. Looks like Vanessa is happy to have him home again too. Like the way they sat in the back together. Nice of Ashley to drive them around. Zac probably won’t be able to drive for a few more days.

This is great news, I’m glad to see Zac out again, and of course Vanessa who looks relieved and happy, although, do I have to go to x17 to see the pics, well, if I can’t find them anywhere else I will, but that doesn’t mean that I won’t look hard first.
Good to see them together, and him out and about. Hope Zac recovers fully soon.
It’s good to see Zac is on the mend. But still I wonder if might have been better to wait a few more days, because he does look a little pale. But he’s an active young guy who probably doesn’t like laying around. And obviously he felt up to this little outing so more power to him.
And it’s always nice to see Vanessa with a big smile on her face.

Good to see that Zac is doing okay. I do hope he can get some R&R between now and SAG and doesn’t try to rush back into anything…looks like he’s going to stay pretty busy through the Spring.

True, he does look plae, thin and tired, but who can blame him, actually, I would be more surprise if he didn’t look like that after surgery, don’t worry, give him a few days/weeks and he’s be back as the Zac we all know and love again, espcaially with V at his side, I mean, those two have proven that they can get through anything.
