Zanessa: Home from the Hospital
High School hotties Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens spend some time outside after Zac’s bout in the hospital with appendicitis.
Does Zac look lighter without his appendix? After four days, Zac seems to have his step back. Must be all the TLC from Vanessa!

Someone tell her to wash her ugly hair. She looks as bad as he does and he had surgery.
True, he does look plae, thin and tired, but who can blame him, actually, I would be more surprise if he didn’t look like that after surgery, don’t worry, give him a few days/weeks and he’s be back as the Zac we all know and love again, espcaially with V at his side, I mean, those two have proven that they can get through anything.
Awwwwww Zac…. your such a trooper. It must be that Vanessa is your best medicine. Good to see you out and about. Take it easy though. Vanessa is beautiful as always!!!
