Zanessa: Home from the Hospital
High School hotties Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens spend some time outside after Zac’s bout in the hospital with appendicitis.
Does Zac look lighter without his appendix? After four days, Zac seems to have his step back. Must be all the TLC from Vanessa!

Ya, know, Zac is such a raw and rugged good looking guy. But we fans all see beyond his good looks into his big heart. I mean the guy won’t even say anything bad about Perez Hilton. You gotta love him for taking the high road.
