Heath Ledger Clowns Around
Heath Ledger slips into a black-and-white clown costume while filming the Terry Gilliam-directed film The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus in London on Saturday.
Heath and Terry also worked together in 2005’s The Brothers Grimm.
The Brokeback Mountain star is currently dating Aussie model Gemma Ward, according to UK’s The Sun. The pair were recently spotted holding hands at a restaurant in their hometown of Perth, Australia.
The restaurant manager said: “It’s pretty obvious they’re an item.”

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus is a fantastical morality tale, set in the present day.
It tells the story of Dr Parnassus and his extraordinary ‘Imaginarium’, a travelling show where members of the audience get an irresistible opportunity to choose between light and joy or darkness and gloom. Blessed with the extraordinary gift of guiding the imaginations of others, Dr Parnassus is cursed with a dark secret.

It may well be an “interesting” movie, but I doubt it will attract many viewers. Too bad, since Ledger is a superb actor when he wants to be. His performance in Brokeback is still one of the finest jobs of acting to be seen in a very long time.
He ALWAYS “wants to be” a superb actor, and always puts 110% in everything he does. And he always succeeds. What he doesn’t always do is pick a film that a studio will market properly or that will draw audiences. But as pointed out, that’s not his primary interest. His interest is in pushing himself, choosing interesting characters, and having fun. That’s what makes him a real actor. :)
He’s a very good actor, but appears insecure and seeking attention in his private life. This is evident, the way he sometimes dresses in public, and can’t sit still during interviews. Maybe the new gal will settle him down. We’ll see how long this one lasts!

I still cannot believe it…he was so adorably cool, he seemed to be nice, funny and his ambition to be not only famous but admitted as an artist was respectable, too.

I am so sad…..
I didnt really take an interest in him until after his death, although I did admire his work in A knight’s Tale & The Patriot. Rest in Piece, you will be missed.
Aside that…I have a craving for clowns now…
I know.. I can not believe it. I’m so ashamed that I never paid more attention to him.. He really was an indescribable being, with his flaws, but with his struggling for perfection.
