Mom-to-be Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony arrive at NYC’s Gramercy Park Hotel for their baby shower on Saturday.
The rooftop party décor had Swarovski crystals everywhere in both blue and pink, helping rumors along that J.Lo is expecting twins (a boy and a girl).
Guests included Scientologist BFF Leah Remini and designer pal Roberto Cavalli, who gifted J.Lo with a pink leopard crib.
Jennifer is also next month’s cover girl for Harper’s Bazaar.

I’m pretty sure that Victoria Beckham wore high heels throughout her 3 pregnancies and it hasn’t prevented her from having 3 healthy sons.
I seriously doubt that’s there’s a medical publication out there that forbids women to wear heels as long as their backs handle it.So just wait a little bit before calling the social services.

Rush & Molloy reports that JLo has registered for gifts at Petit Tresor in Los Angeles and is asking for all sorts of overpriced crap. Here’s what the ***** wants:
2 cashmere outfits, one blue and one pink - $349 each

1 jogging stroller for two - $560
2 Peg Perego strollers for 2 - $429 each
JLo has also hired Petit Tresor to decorate three nurseries in her 3 homes in Bel Air, Fisher Island and Oyster Bay. Each nursery will reportedly cost her $40,000.

No there’s no publication that says you can’t wear pumps while pregnant, but sometimes you just have to use common sense. Have you ever been pregnant and with twins. Let me tell you, it’s a balancing act trying to adjust your posture along the back to accommodate the added weight in the front . Which is why you see people with that “pregnant” walk, leaning back to adjust their balance. Those are not 1″ pumps she has on , they look like 3 - 3 1/2 ” heels. Try wearing those even without being pregnant…

Those shoes are gorgeous and she looks amazing (even if she wasn’t pregnant with possibly twins!) . i think there is nothing wrong with wearing those shoes whilst pregnant if she feels it’s ok to do so. if i had those shoes i would have no doubt about wearing them so i say give her a break!
Why doesn’t anyone ever mention she “accepted” her husband’s attentions immediately after she announced her break-up with Ben? Even though he had just re-married the mother of his three children, one of whom was an infant! A young wife, mother of three, in love with him to the point where she marries him twice, who then must read all about how he “always loved Jennifer”, never got over her, was never happier, wants children with her, etc. This is never an issue with the press, fans or even anti-fans, maybe because she never made it an issue, never made herself a tragic victim, held her head high and made it work. She is the true role model–the former wife and mother of his children, gracefully wishing them well. Hope she has found love again.

Why is J.Lo still ashamed of showing her belly? She’s already made a public announcement, but she’s still wearing cloaks to conceal how big she is! Maybe the cloak is the new winter trend!
#56 - Why not give to charity and buy your own stuff? We all know companies would probably give her everything in exchange for the publicity of her using the items. Nicole Ritchie told her shower guests to give money to her new charity instead of gifts. Why can’t Jennifer do the same? She has more money than Nicole.
No matter what, JLo will put the way she looks above and beyond anything else, including the fact that she is in her late stages of pregnancy, with a body weight that she is not used to hauling around, wearing those high heel shoes. I really do not understand why people are so upset about a celebrity wanting to look good for the camera. Didn’t Jolie, aguilera do it and halle berry doing it? I don’t blame JLo for Marc and Dyanarra. They broke up , lived apart for a while and then she had a makeup pregnanacy. It still didn’t work. They separated again just after she had the second baby. A make-up baby never work. If it’s not working it’s not working. No point in using a baby as Crazy Glue. By the way, they had two boys. Not three kids. The bigger girl is from a previous relationship.

JLo never broke up the Marc’s marriage. He has been in love with her since the first time they met and always said it openly and proudly. Some of you love to say homewrecker stuff to satisfy themselves.
Pregnancies are different. My friend who could balance on really high heels could not get on an air plane while I frequently went overseas almost into eight months. But I could not balance on high heels. But then I never could do that even when I was not pregnant. So i guess for people who are used to doing it this is not a big deal.
Even pregnant, JLO still manages to look like a drag queen. And I could care less about her shoes, however she could wear something that doesn’t make her look like a camping tent.

When you are at the late stages of pregnancy: YOU SHOULD NOT WEAR HEELS. It is for the mother’s best interest and the unborn child.

Falls are more common in pregnancy and have more significant consequences; a fall could cause placental abruption, where part of the placenta separates from the wall of the uterus. This could cause vaginal bleeding and even jeopardize the baby and the pregnancy. Later in pregnancy even people who’ve never had problems with falls or high heels might suddenly find they’re not quite as steady on their feet. So why take any action that might make you less stable?

I really feel very sorry for women who are vain because they will get old and if they can understand that..they will be better off working on themselves internally because when they get old…no one wants to looks at them anymore. It must make them feel small, when in fact they are not small. But because their focus is on the wrong things…they find themselves to be very unhappy old *******!!
