Zac Efron is a Nice Neighbor

Zac Efron, carrying a book and leather bag, stops to talk to a neighbor outside his home in West Hollywood on Sunday afternoon.

The 20-year-old High School Musicial star stays cool in a straw fedora, white t-shirt and skinny jeans. And of course he wore his favorite shoe slippers!

UPDATE: Looks like Zac is getting chummy with a photographer, not a neighbor.

Well, Zac looks as good as new. Knew he would be up and about in no time. With the advancement in operational procedures, like the one mentioned by a poster two threads ago, he would hardly have a scar for it and recovery is quick.

It is good to see Zac up and about and getting some fresh air and sunshine. It is good for recovery after surgery. Maybe back to work already? Take it easy Zac.
