Zac Efron is a Nice Neighbor

Zac Efron, carrying a book and leather bag, stops to talk to a neighbor outside his home in West Hollywood on Sunday afternoon.

The 20-year-old High School Musicial star stays cool in a straw fedora, white t-shirt and skinny jeans. And of course he wore his favorite shoe slippers!

UPDATE: Looks like Zac is getting chummy with a photographer, not a neighbor.

Am fine. Just haven’t been playing badminton for 1 1/2 mnths now , anyway not till I get back from my perth trip. Have weak knees, over strained them.
