Zac Efron is a Nice Neighbor

Zac Efron, carrying a book and leather bag, stops to talk to a neighbor outside his home in West Hollywood on Sunday afternoon.

The 20-year-old High School Musicial star stays cool in a straw fedora, white t-shirt and skinny jeans. And of course he wore his favorite shoe slippers!

UPDATE: Looks like Zac is getting chummy with a photographer, not a neighbor.

I’ve wondered how it is that this guy got Zac to stop and engage in a conversation? Maybe he knows this guy and maybe he was the only pap around. Plus, maybe the guy was actually acting considerate. But, I guess there must be someone else around since someone has to be taking Zac and this guy’s picture while they are talking.
