Vanessa Hudgens picks up boyfriend Zac Efron from a pal’s house in North Hollywood on Saturday.
Earlier in the day, Vanessa was seen getting out of her Audi S4 Cabriolet convertible in a very tight parking spot at Bobs Big Boy restaurant. The High School Musical hottie then sped off to pick up Zac.
Zac was recently hospitalized due to appendicitis.
Zanessa grabbed lunch at California Pizza Kitchen for a bite to eat before heading home.

Regarding the rings:
Both have made it abundantly clear that this relationship is for NOW, not forever. There is no commitment, therefore the ring is most likely not much more than a piece of jewelry that they both like. Zac stated that “commitment was way too weird a word for him, he’s wearing it for a female friend,” and when asked, Vanessa said she does NOT think of a future with Zac.
No need fussing about the rings.

They are very cute together. They are not going to give the paps what they want - it is an intrusion on their lives to be dogged like that. I hope we get to see him (maybe them!) at the SAG awards where they won’t mind being photographed, like we saw in Palm Springs.

Oh, yes, people can one word out of context and create all kinds of stories. Even when these two kept their relationship a secret for two years while sneaking about together, Zac said, “We connected from the very beginning. It was like fate.” And Vanessa said, “It was written in the stars.” And anyone who has watched them “try to stay apart” while on HSM2 promotional tour can attest to the magic between them.
Now they FINALLY admit:
Zac: “Yes, we are a couple.”
Vanessa: “He always makes me happy. He literally knows exactly what to do to make me laugh.”
I’m not sure what all the naysayers want from this sweet, young couple. Must they stamp each other’s names on their forehead to indicate they are for real?
Frankly, I think they should throw the sweetheart rings away and get hearts tattooed on their bellies where no one can see them.
May they live in love and never read all the good, bad and ugly comments on the Internet.

Cheyanne, dear, how old are you? Do you know anything about adult relationships? These two are not 12-year-old middle school kiddies. He’s 20 and she’s 19.
when vanessa said she didnt see a future with zac, she just meant she doesnt know whats in the future. shes enjoying where they are nw. in hope one day they will get married and make little zanessas,lol.
Well, I will get to bed at some point but I got to get this off my chest. Don’t you people have any idea what Vanessa meant when she said that about not thinking of about the future when it comes to Zac???? Are you all clueless? It’s like no, she is not thinking about the future in such a way that she is obsessing over it! It isn’t like a 6th grader in school who writes in their notebook “Mrs Johnny Smith”. She isn’t here and now making plans for some big future. She is living her love right here and now. They are still learning about each other. As you might notice but failed to mention she also says something about “we’ll have to wait and see what happens” which would indicate that they might get together but right now they are too young or it is too soon to know what the future holds. It is NOT like “No, I don’t have any inclination to be with him in the future.”

I have a suggestion for those who are worried about the state of Zac and Vanessa’s relationship because they aren’t acting like trained monkeys and have big plastic smiles on their faces. Look closely at pictures 11 and 17 respectfully: Vanessa is literally walking on air. That’s how happy they are. LOL

You have restored my faith in people under 18 having a brain and using it. See, even you as young as you are understood what Vanessa meant in her Seventeen interview about the future with Zac and NOBODY had to explain it to you. God Bless your little heart—I can say that because I am old enough(and then some) to be your mother.
I have a friend at work who, when dating her husband came to me in tears because one of the other women had told her that he said he was immune to the enagement bug that was going around the office when told he would be catching it next.
I told her that was his way of telling this woman it was none of her business.
And that is what I think Zac and Vanessa are sayibg when they say they are in the now. That if they are planning a future together, it is no one’s business but theirs.

awww thanks karen. people just jump to conclusions. but i read between the lines. like theyre only 20 and 19, they should enjoy their relationship and not take things so fast. i think its cool that they arent planning ahead, they make everything of the time that they have and are enjoying now. i think that thats what matters the most.
