Zac Efron leaves his apartment for a check-up appointment at the Riverside Medical Building in Studio City, Calif on Sunday. (He was recently hospitalized due to appendicitis.)
On his way into the building, Zac dropped his car keys and gave photogs a great view of his blue boxer briefs.
The 20-year-old High School Musical hottie was later seen picking up a hot drink at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and then a smoothie from Jamba Juice. Zac whipped out cash from his Louis Vuitton wallet.

The woman in #7 is his MOM. So cute, she must have been staying with him while he’s been sick. He is carrying one of her bags and put it into her car. She has the other one, the plaid duffle on wheels.

I have only seen one picture of his mom and she looked pretty young in the picture. And to me, if she is in her early 40’s—and she may be just that—that would be young to ME! At any rate, the picture I saw was a full face pic where this one you can barely see the side of her face. It might be his mom. I would certainly be surprised if at least his mom didn’t come rushing to LA when he had to have surgery.

I remember in one interview when the HSM gang was in Europe that Zac was saying how he liked the style, fashion-wise—in Europe because they seemed to be ahead of everything that was in America. SO, if this is the style in Europe then that’s what he is copying. Someone a couple weeks ago said they had been in northern California where Zac was raised and the poster said all the young guys looked like this. Then when Zac went home at Thanksgiving and everyone was making fun of his pants almost falling off, a person who was suppose to know Zac back home posted and she said all the guys wore their pants really low and she didn’t see anything wrong with Zac’s pants. Of course, this may have been a little lower than even he was going for.

If you aren’t aware of the style in which teens and young guys wear their pants you may be too old, too young, or too out of it.
Pants worn low with the belt around the thighs. I think it’s hot, though it’s a problem when they stoop over. That’s why you see so many guys holding their pants up with one hand as they walk. Tight or loose.
I can’t stand it if my brother does it though. I can see if you can’t stand it on a family member or a friend.

i don’t know if that’s his mom though.. i heard somewhere that his mom is 11 years older than his dad david who i read is 47 years old, so that makes his mom about 58…

Its nice to see him doing a lot better now after the surgery, he kinda lost a little weight, i hope he takes it easy on working too hard.
