Michelle Williams en Route to NYC
ETonline posted the first photo of Michelle Williams, Heath Ledger’s former fiancee, and 2-year-old daughter Matilda Rose arriving at at Landvetter Airport in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The picture was taken on Wednesday morning. The mother-daughter duo caught a flight to New York after learning of the 28-year-old actor’s untimely death. They are expected to arrive around 6PM EST.
Michelle, 27, had been in Sweden working on her new film Mammoth, also starring Gael García Bernal.

I just saw pictures of Michelle and Matilda arriving at their NY home. Matilda was smiling away probably unaware of what’s going on and that she’s never going to see her dad again. Poor thing.
No laurie, you’re wrong again I am afraid, better luck next time. :) Assuming something without prior knowledge, makes an ass out of you and only you in this case. I can only advise you spend less time on these blogs and more time communicating with a real person, it is a lot more fulfilling and you don’t sound like a bandwagon jumping jackass with a flawed moral compass so much. Your logic is tantamount to robbing a person on the street and then complaining when you see somebody else rob him as well, albeit in a more violent way. It’s hypocritical because reading about celebrity news is just as bad as what the paparazzi do. If you can’t see that then there is no hope for you.
I don’t pretend I am anything other than flawed and admit I am guilty of reading a red banner tabloid once in a while, thats why I don’t complain when celebrities are hounded because I don’t preach what I don’t practice, unlike you dear.
I hope people will give them their space. There is no need to stalk her movements
Jake is Matilda’s godfather. Here’s the latest on him.
Jake Gyllenhaal has yet to be seen or heard from since the death of his close friend, Heath Ledger — and people on the set of his new film are working hard to keep it that way.
Gyllenhaal is in New Mexico, currently filming his new movie, “Brothers.” We’re told there are no plans to shut down production, but Jake is very upset and doesn’t want to talk to the media — so the set has been closed to non-crew members and extra security has been hired.
Jake is the godfather to Heath’s daughter, Matilda Rose.

I Think This is Just SICK to post a picture of a woman obviously grieving, this picture should be removed and the individual responsible for taking this picture is a SICK, DEMENTENTED, USELESS, WASTE OF AIR, SOOOOOOOO SICK. Wish people could be prosecuted for this!!!

I really wish people would just leave her alone, this is already hard enough for her, I can never imagine how is she dealing with this tragic loss with the paparazzi in her face wherever she goes.. I feel so bad for her~ and the little innocent child.

The whole thing is simply a commentary on the intimate relationship between acting and drugs. Drugs are all over acting. Not every actor is a druggie, but many, too many, are. And some overdose or decide to overdose. The only other question for the coroner is whether this was an accident or suicide. I would guess accident, but with people as disturbed as actors often are, one cannot really know.

I agree with everyone else. While I am not a huge fan of hers, it’s very intrusive and uncaring. Please stop and let her grieve.

The drugs found were prescription and over the counter drugs, not illegal Just the Ambien alone can make you do many things that you normally would not do. He probably got confused and doubled up dosage of everything he had while in the Ambien state of mind. Americans in general are the biggest drug takers, illegal, perscription and over the counter, than anywhere in the world. It’s ironic that Heath an non- American would fall into the trap.

Why do people constantly make ridiculous assumptions. He is the father of her child and no one knows the circumstances for ending there relationship (only months ago). With such a tragic death surrounded by so many unknowns I can only pray she doesn’t have a breakdown.
As far as the Chris Benoit comment I find it disturbing to link a man who’s life was just lost (accidental or intentional) with a man who murdered his family.

People should just leave her and her daughter alone. You shouldn’t even be posting this…this is a very delicate time and they didn’t ask to be photographed right now. This is not a person who looks for attention and publicity, she’s just doing her job that she loves…not trying to be a celebrity so I think she deserves some privacy at this time.
