Ashley Tisdale (in Badgley Mischka Couture) gets in some last-minute red carpet time at the 2008 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday in Los Angeles. The High School Musical star is off to shoot her new movie in New Zealand soon!

Vanessa invented the kissing pose? haha you have GOT to be kidding me. Such lame excuses to bash someone.
Ashley does the kissing pose for a long time, i have lots of old pics with her doing it. Besides, it’s a normal pose that everybody does.

Why is everybody saying that she wasnt invited? Of course she was! She couldnt just SHOW UP THERE, you guys are stupid or what?
And stop crying for Vanessa, puh-lease. You have to keep talking about her on ashleys threads cause vanessa isnt interesting at all.
Ashley is amazingly beautiful here. LOVE her hair and the natural look. And the dress is way too nice and the right everything. The right accesories, color and it all. She really looks beautiful and pretty here!

Ashley is important for Hollywood and IS a person. She’s not a NOBODY as you guys think. In the eyes of Hollywood she’s MORE talented than Vanessa.
Why?
Her Album and songs are ranked as one of the bests in 2007 and got a better spot in the 100 best albums of the year (the past year,2007) then the one Vanessa got.
She is way better than Vanessa in the singing thing and also in the acting one. She can be both mean and nice.
What have we seen Vanessa doing so far?
Only HSM things….
Besides, Ash is a much better dancer. She’s NOT trying to be anyone else but herself. Don’t you come here saying she wants to be VAH. She started with the peace sign before VAH ever did, now she’s copying her.
They are both BFF’s, why the heck compare them?
She was invited cause she is signed to lots of movies this year, she’s even in the VIP list. While Vanessa only is signed to HSM3 and the film Will.
Ashley is really talented and has worked her way up to be where she is now, unlike other people like Vanessa. Vanessa almost stole the opportunity of her friend and then she was discovered….that’s all. She’s not ALL THAT.
If Ashley and Zac were invited, there must be a reason. They are IMPORTANT and talented. I’m so happy the both of them were there! Even though there’s no Zashley, but still….they are the most talented people from HSM anyways. Both of them work really hard.
Vanessa is desappearing from Hollywood and got only more interestning and important ever since the naked photos scandal… that’s the only reason….oh and because she’s dating Zac.
But if she didn’t she’d be kinda left behind by now. Her future is on the hands of her new Album, which will decide pretty much how her career will be if the CD is mature and good enough for Hollywood or not. Or else she’ll be forgotten more and more after all the HSM movies.
Everyone see this coming, why fool yourselves?
I really like all the cast of HSM, especially Zac and Ash…cause I’m not fooling myself while saying all these stuffs. Vanessa clearly doesn’t have a future if she doesn’t work as hard as Ash and Zac does.
So… Vanessa: I hope you work your way up in the business or else, get the heck out of it.
Ashley: Way to go girl, you rule!! And rock! Obviously, duh! Your videos always last long in the top 10 list of TRL (MTV), and your songs are all over the radio!
Zac: Keep being yourself and keep choosing good and interestning roles in movies! Way to go, handsome boy!

Yeah I know what you feel, here in JJ there isnt a lot of comments on Ashley’s threads, and stupid people think that just because of that she isnt successful. clearly they dont know anything about her haha

Well, there weren’t that many about Vanessa before either, but she got more in the spotlight ever since the Hawaii vacations with ZAC and the NAKED PHOTOS SCANDAL…. No good reputation or reason at all…. Did I Forget something??? Did I mention because of talent…

And if you say(not you, but the VAH fans): HSM was a success pretty much because of her, let me tell you the truth: SHE ONLY DID A CHEESY ROLE and it was an EASY one. The movie got so successful because of its soundtrack (contagious rythm) and because of the message it brought…it was supposed to help you following your dreams no matter what, and that’s why the movie is such a big deal.
Why she even there?…Weird…
The dress is alright, but the hair does not suit her at all, looks all weird how it’s parted in the centre.

And you can compare, in the second movie, Ashley appears a LOT. She really stole the spotlight. And so she did on the HSM Concer tour (at least in south america she did XD)

I know!!! I saw almost all the concerts at YouTube specially the ones from South America. When they saw VAH, they were like: It’s alright…. while when they saw Ashley it was like she brought the party with her and they went always WILD!!! The crowd went wild! XD
And she tryed harder than VAH, she even did know more spanish words and she tryed to communicate with the crowd, which is pretty cool! =D She’s really down to earth! Seriously….
And she totally stole the spotlight from VAH in HSM 2…. duh!

It was so good, specially cause me and my friends made posters for her and took to the concert. I’ll post the picture here later. We even got to have our pic in a famous HSM afn site: hsm-rocks.com

You’re absolutely right. And not only Ash, Vanessa or Lindssay re the ones who do the blowing kissing pose. It’s something really common, everybody does that. Including Paris Hilton.
Now what are they gonna say? That Paris and Lindsay were copying VANESSA HUDGENS? hahahahahaha

Can people not read? SHE WAS INVITED! She couldn’t have been there if she wasn’t! Its the freaking SAG Awards; its not the type of party where anyone just shows up and is let in. SAG is a union for actors; she has to be a part of it or else she couldn’t have gotten in.
And if she wasn’t invited, then someone she knew must have invited her. That couldn’t happen, though, seeing as she walked the red carpet alone. She would have had to be walking with someone who was invited if that were the case. LET IT GO.
She looks gorgeous.
