Ashley Tisdale (in Badgley Mischka Couture) gets in some last-minute red carpet time at the 2008 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday in Los Angeles. The High School Musical star is off to shoot her new movie in New Zealand soon!

Are you guys serious? I mean seriously. You honestly can’t believe that Ashley Tisdale was invited. Cause if you do believe that i just have to laugh. She was NOT invited. Let me write that again ‘NOT invited’ Good. Okay you read that. It’s obvious that she was Zac’s plus one. I know i have no solid proof but it all makes sense where as her just being invited by the people running the show is very… hard to believe. He was probably going to invite Vanessa but because of her filming soon she couldn’t go and let Ash go instead.
It is just ridiculous how you guys are saying that she’s actually famous and a “star” She is on a show on the disney channel. Made a movie on Disney Channel which everyone knows as HSM. May i say, without Zac and Vanessa, the movie would be just like every other they’ve made. Just letting all of you know. Made an album. Whoop-D-doo. Oh and how can i forget that movie ‘Picture This’ that went straight to DVD. That must of been 4 stars! Oh and also an upcoming film, ‘They came from Upstairs’ that is about protecting a house from aliens. I could tell on opening night, the theaters will be packed!!!
Nothing says ‘STAR’ like all of those accomplishments. Get real.

Actually she have a music career and on Good Morning America they said her album “Headstrong” have sold +1 000 000 copies so I guess she have fans and counts as famous

Were you at the event? How do you know if she was invited or not? And let me tell you that, her boyfriend was there too, so zac probably didnt invite them both.
Second. The movie would be successful with or without vanessa, cause she cant act. even my dog would play the role as gabriella. Like someone said before, the movie was a success because of the soundtrack and the mesage of the movie, and it could be done the same without vanessa (it would be way bette)
So your the one who should get real.
oh, and i forgot to say: if she were invited by zac, why didnt they walk the red carpet together?
Everything about that girl screams fake. The hair, the nose, the outfit (totally doesn’t suit her by the way) and that look she’s giving the cameras. Where have I seen that look before? Oh that’s right, Vanessa. Same look, blowing kisses, sly glance at the camera, but at least it looks natural on Vanessa, because it’s HER look. Ashley seriously needs to get her own style, her own personality. Everything that she is, she’s “borrowed” from someone else.
I honestly don’t know what makes her a star. She’s known for Disney and Disney only. She’s a character in a Disney show and one movie, a movie she wasn’t even the star of. Believe it or not, HSM would be NOTHING if it weren’t for Zac, Vanessa and their amazing chemistry. The fact that Ashley was even in it is pure luck, because she can’t sing worth cr.ap, and they threw her in only because they figured having an already known disney star in their movie would help sell it. Turns out they didn’t even need her to sell it, the two mains (Zac and Vanessa) did all the selling required.
Other than that, she has one album, an album that didn’t even reach gold in the United States, and a movie that went straight to DVD. Those saying Vanessa doesn’t deserve this either are dead wrong. That girl was starred in two movies, Thunderbirds and Thirteen, before HSM, and her first album sold gold, which is amazing considering she wasn’t even that well known when it was released. She got by on pure talent alone, she wasn’t that well-known when she auditioned for HSM 1 either.
As for Ashley, I think it’s incredible that you all are so dedicated to such a talentless phoney, but she doesn’t deserve it. Save it for someone who actually has the talent to back up all the support.
