Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie share an intimate kiss at the 2008 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday in Los Angeles.
Juliana Cairone dressed possibly pregnant Jolie in a mahogany-colored gown with an abstract version of the Hermes horse print from Cairone’s one-of-a-kind Rare Vintage collection. Cairone is the owner of Manhattan boutique Rare Vintage.

OK, i might be the lone voice of dissent here, but couldn’t he have made his comment with a little, um let me see, tartness, for want of a better word. Why even bring up Angie’s name? Jessica Alba’s name was mentioned, why elaborate using Angie? It was a gratuitous comment, and no, Brad would never say that about any woman by name.
A lot of people are in awe of them. We are in awe of them. Other celebrities are even star-truck when they see them how in love they are together. So let’s just celebrate & be happy to witness “REAL LOVE” unfolds right before our very own eyes.

They were talking about him being ambivalent. The reporter asks him why he was being blase and undecisive when his wife gave him permission to sleep with Jessica Alba. He’s just trying to be humorous in his answer to show that he’s not ambivalent. In the end he just went with what his wife said. Dude is totally whipped.
The fact that he mentioned AJ because he also mentioned Brad. And these days, the two are inseparable not only in reality, but in people’s mind as well.
It amazes me that the people who’ve got the chance to meet Angie, always have something nice or good to say about her. Recently at SAG, Amanda Bynes, Nickie, just to say a few.

One of my co-workers saw Juno this past weekend. She agreed that it is quite funny, and said it’s the teenage “Knocked Up”. However, she doesn’t understand why it is nominated for Best Picture, and even more unbelievable, that it got a Best Actress nomination. It seems Angie was passed over for either Cate Blanchett or Amy Page? (is it?)
I am still baffled by the Academy’s thinking.

I just don’t think that he meant to insult anyone. Just because she doesn’t do it for him doesn’t mean he thinks she’s unattractive. For example, I think David Beckham is a good looking man, but he just doesn’t do it for me (I think his mousy voice has something to do with it lol). I think Johnny Depp is a beautiful man inside and out, and I admire him, but he does nothing for me either.
Same thing with this dude, he obviously has a type and AJ’s not his type. There’s no harm in saying it, and I don’t think his statement deserves so much attention and scrutiny. Anyway, I’ll just leave it at that and agree to disagree.

to me its very very sweet seeing brad & angie show their PDA because after almost 3 year this is the first time ever that we seeing them kissing so lovely… maybe to some people its hurt tosee that but to me its very sweet…..

I just had the most horrible thought. Do you realise that if and when Angie and Brad confirm their pregnancy, the tabs and gossip blogs who reported it first are going to take credit, and so give credence to their claims that they are legit. Then in the future when they write their lies, the morons will continue believing. What horror!!
I haven’t seen either “Juno” or “Elizabeth: The Golden Age” so I really can’t judge.
I think the Academy wants to be seen as being “hip” and “modern” by nominating a few young people each year to counter the criticism of them being stuffy, senile and stuck in their ways. They did it last year with Ryan Gosling. She’s also the new hottest thing in town. Not that I don’t think she doesn’t deserve to be nominated or anything, I didn’t watch the movie so I don’t know how good she is.
In the meanwhile, they show their senile and stuffy ways by nominating their favs year after year. No offense to Cate, but she did this before in “Elizabeth”. They basically nominated her for playing the same character years ago. Again, I didn’t watch the movie so I can’t judge her performance.
The Academy is just having their cake and eating it too. I was hoping that the writers’ strike would settle quickly so we can see more Brad and Angie red carpet goodness. Now, I don’t care.
Ok, its time for me to say goodnight to all the other night owls here, (according to where in the world you are). It’s now 3:15 am in NYC, and my bed beckons. Night all ’till later . Have a great “hump day”
Newbie, without Brad and Angie at the Oscars, it would just be blah. They can keep their free gowns, shoes and borrowed jewelry. I will not be wasting my time watching the whole thing. Maybe snips after the show if something interesting had occurred. Anything we need will be on youtube anyway.

I saw Juno and agree with you about Ellen Page. I feel she gave a really good performance, but I don’t think it was on the same level as Angie’s performance in AMH. But Knocked Up is no where near the level of Juno. In my opinion Knocked Up was so stupid, and I can’t believe it made as much money as it did. Lucky I saw it on the web for free. Juno is wonderfully written. One of scenes that sticks in my mind is when Juno keeps shaking the pregnancy test stick after it shows positive. The drug store guy says “It’s not an etch-a-sketch.”

i forgot i copied and pasted where the “I love you Brad comments started here and then they dwindled off on till questioned a long time later . It was at the beginning of this thread at the end of the Sag show which i didn’t see . I think it’s already been settled that it’s unfounded or some might have thought they saw what didn’t happen .On less somebody comes along and surprises us.

About the person complaining about PDA, it seems Brad was more into the kiss than even Angie, so dont be too quick to blame her, and so what she is preggers she did not breath that through the air, they can kiss whenever they want to. Why limit the love.
