Carrie Underwood Launches YouTube Page
American Idol champ Carrie Underwood has launched her very own YouTube page at YouTube.com/CarrieUnderwood. Check back soon for more updates, including some footage from backstage at the Opry from last Sunday.
And unlike Oprah, who forbids embedding on her YouTube channel, Carrie’s videos are embeddable-friendly. Yay, Carrie!

She does sound a bit uninspired and not so excited in the welcome video. But who knows, maybe she had a bad day then.
About embedding, its stupid when these big stars (probably their label) are turning it off. They are using YouTube to promote the artist. The fan will simple find a youtube video from another user and embed it instead of using the one from the official channel. C’mon Labels, let the fans promote the artist!!!!!

Love her. She is so nice in person and she is great in concert. I have seen her 7 times and have had a great experience each and every time. And I love the fact that she is dating Chace. He is also as nice and they make a great looking couple!

You guys are so mean. She’s shy. Notice how her voice gets quieter as it goes on. I know, because I’ve done the same thing all my life, and it’s frustrating, because you know you sound stupid. All the people that say she’s a ***** are just mean. She’s shy and again, I know this, too, because I’m shy and before people get to know me they’ve said they thought I was stuck up, and they’re really surprised that I’m nothing like they thought, and I’m amazed by that, because I don’t see myself as giving off that impression. Anyway, give her a break. She’s done a great job being in the public eye and having to deal with being shy at the same time. She must really love what she does in order to have pursued a public career.
