Jake Gyllenhaal Remembers Heath Ledger

Earlier this weekend, Jake, 27, was spotted hiking at a Los Angeles park with girlfriend Reese Witherspoon and her two kids, Ava, 8, and Deacon, 4. It was the first sighting of the star since his Brokeback costar Heath Ledger’s passing.
It was reported last week that Jake was in New Mexico shooting his new film, Brothers. Presumably, he flew back home recently to attend the private memorial service for Heath, which was attended by his close family and friends.
Jake is the godfather of Heath and Michelle Williams 2-year-old daughter Matilda.

PS I don’t hate Heath. I thought he was super super-super in BBM. And I think it is too bad he died since we can’t have any more super performances from him. But, but he was also a drug addict. You seem to think a person has to be 100% wonderful or not at all. People have virtues and they have vices. I have spoken about his vices, not out of hatred of him, but out of anger at what they did to him. See? You are very very very simplistic in your views.

Go to the Kirsten Dunst blog and read about her checking into rehab. JJ reports that she seemed Drunkst at check-in. Jake got away from her in good time. You’ll never, in my opinion, see La Witherspoon going into rehab. She isn’t the type. Nor is Jake.

Before you collapse in pity and pain, you might recall that Mathilda still has a mother and she might not need Jake for anything. Lots of kids grow up without a father and with only a mother and do very well. I think you are overreacting and hyperventilating pity-wise.

Jannie, who just admitted to be a guy, though I knew it all along, has a sick obsession with Jake, he doesn’t hate him, he’s in love with him in a sick twisted way.
He hates Heath because of the gay movie he shared with Jake, plain and simple. Jannie hates Heath because he touched Jake in a homoerotic way –hence the spiteful malicious attitude towards him– because Jannie’s gay and wants Jake but he knows he will never get him, so he hates the idea of this guy make out with him and who knows what else.

Well sweetie, we haven’t seen a picture of him for a long long time. Jakey is playing it very cool and out of sight. Perhaps he doesn’t want to answer any questions about Heathy’s druggy demise nor about Dunst going into rehab. He needs to shed his past relationships and find new friends. Out with the old, in with the new. That sort of thing. La Witherspoonful is a step in the right direction if you ask me.
God, Jannie you really enjoy in this, you know so much about Jake and his life, and what happen to Kirsten, why is she on rehab, she takes druggs too, i dont know. I guess that Heaths death scares everybody in Hollywood.

I wonder about their dog. You remember they shared a dog. You used to see pictures of Jakeypoo playing with his dog. Then with his second dog. The doggies have vanished and been replaced by La Whitherspoonful. I would not go so far as to call her a good dog-substitute, but who knows? Anyway Jakeypoo spends his time playing with her now. I have never seen him with her on a leash, however. Rather the other way round. LOL.
JK what bugs you about my posts is simply that I take all this stuff with many grains of salt and laugh up a storm about it; I make fun of fandom and smitten fans. You take it all with dead seriousness. Dullard you. It’s all a gas. You know what a ‘gas” is, don’t you? It is the same as a “hoot”. You know what a “hoot” is, don’t you. Loosen up and enjoy; lighten up. Stars are to be hooted at and gassed. Well not actually gassed in the bad sense. You know what I mean.
