Jake Gyllenhaal Remembers Heath Ledger

Earlier this weekend, Jake, 27, was spotted hiking at a Los Angeles park with girlfriend Reese Witherspoon and her two kids, Ava, 8, and Deacon, 4. It was the first sighting of the star since his Brokeback costar Heath Ledger’s passing.
It was reported last week that Jake was in New Mexico shooting his new film, Brothers. Presumably, he flew back home recently to attend the private memorial service for Heath, which was attended by his close family and friends.
Jake is the godfather of Heath and Michelle Williams 2-year-old daughter Matilda.

I think Jake is a great actor and there isn’t a contest as to who is better in Brokeback. Jake and Heath were both excellent and the love story would not have worked without both of them.
Bet you are right! Jake is great! not less than Heath (in truth, I always prefer Jake) but when a person died some idiots want to become this an icone.
Well Jakeypoo won’t apparently be La Whitherspoonful’s valentine. Gee maybe he’ll be his mother’s valentine. He seems to spend more time with his mother than with any other woman. Jakeypoo loves his mummy. Not the embalmed kind of course.

Nonsense, Jakeypoo could have made love to his horse; and Heath likewise. I bet if the movie had been about bestiality it would won that Oscar. It wasn’t daring enough! Or it could have been about onanism (”self-gratification”) like Jarhead. Jakeypoo would have been really good in that. And he could have dispensed with that Santa’s hat.
Yeah, I’d love to have seen Jake say “I wish I knew how to quit you” to his horse.
Does anybody notice that Reese WITH SUNGLASES looks like Heath, maybe i am wrong, but they both have similar faces. Dont look eyes, they are different, just look face and bone structures.
Reese with sunglasses looks more like Jake’s horse in BBM. I think you are on to something, Ivana. Good work.
Now after i seen some other pics, i must say i am wrong, she is totally diferent, no one is that handsome and goodlooking like Heath. And yes probably Jake, but he is diferent type of man.

Marcella: I think you should get a search order for Witherspoon’s basement. My guess would be that she is keeping him there for some mysterious reason. He was last seen with her and has since disappeared. Don’t you check out the last person a missing person was with? If he is there, I sure hope she has not taken too many liberties with him. That might ruin him for the rest of us.
Another possibility. Jakey has had to take a second job to make ends meet. I mean his house, according to Zillow, has dropped $500,000 or so in value during the past few months. Maybe he is upside down on his mortgage!

The info is on the internet. Just because you can’t find info doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. I think your lack of smarts is the root problem in your dislike of me. People who have no smarts tend to dislike those who do. And then I make fun of celebrities; you take them with the seriousness of the “not very bright”.
Marcella, you are right of course. Actors like baseball players, etc., etc. are wildly overpaid. Especially if their movies make money. On the other hand their careers can go to pot (no pun intended) quite rapidly if they can’t keep up the charisma. Jakey from what I have seen gets around 3-6 million a movie. His sister, whose career is not flourishing, gets much much less. (I hope he is lending her what she needs if she asks). His house was purchased in January 2004 for $1,250,000 according to Zillow. About a year ago it was valued at around 1,750,000 but has since dropped back to around $1, 278,000. After all real estate values are declining even in the Hollywood Hills. I suppose he has other expenses, and I also suspect he owns a place in New York. Where that might be, I don’t know.
